1.对目的地为厦门市的境外入厦人员严格执行14天集中医学观察+7天居家医学观察，（不符合居家医学观察条件的，实施集中医学观察），并按厦门市规程接受核酸检测和血清特异性抗体检测。对目的地非厦门的境外入厦人员在厦期间严格执行14天集中医学观察，并在入境后第1、4、7、10、14天各开展核酸检测，在第1、14天各进行1次血清特异性抗体检测，集中医学观察后“点对点”送上返程交通工具，不得在厦门市逗留。对外地口岸入境解除隔离、目的地为我市且入境未满21天的人员，要补齐落实7天居家医学观察，并在抵厦后第一时间和入境第21天各进行1次核酸检测。
2.国内疫情中高风险地区人员应暂缓来（返）厦，待所在地区风险等级降至低风险后方可（来）返厦。发生本地疫情地区的乡亲确需来（返）厦的，须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。
3.所有来自或途径国内疫情中高风险地区的来（返）厦人员，需第一时间主动向所在社区/村居、单位、住宿酒店报备，一律实施14天集中或居家医学观察，不具备居家医学观察条件的一律集中医学观察，并按我市疫情防控规程实行新冠病毒核酸检测。
4.对所有来自或途经中高风险地区所在城市（直辖市的区）的低风险地区来（返）厦人员需查验入厦前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，抵厦后需实施14天健康监测、纳入社区管理，非必要不外出，并按我市规程实行新冠病毒核酸检测。
5.其余低风险地区来（返）厦人员持健康码绿码，体温正常，在做好个人防护前提下可在厦门市自由有序流动。

For five years, I have lived in the Longtou cabin almost every time I go to Gulangyu Island. The location is super good. The rooms are bigger than the inn at the same price. The owner is enthusiastic and very talkative.
