Brilliant location, helpful staff, who helped with all belongings, taxi order, provided later check up. Breakfast was rich, full of local food, vegetable, fruit. Whereas we check out on 29th of September ( mid autumn festival ), branch was provided for free. Room equipped on higher standard, perfect gym. Wow what a brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights and was going to go somewhere else in Fujian for my last 2 nights but we liked the hotel so much we spent the whole stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a lot of great amenities including a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The pool has a really great view over the lake and of the city. The breakfast is mostly Chinese which is fine for me. I recommend the noodles they were delicious. We also ordered in from the hotel restaurant and tried Xiamen’s ginger duck which I highly recommend trying. The location is also brilliant it’s a 10 minute didi to Xiamen train station, the ferry to Gulangyu, the Paragon centre, the Mixc etc. There’s also a hospital next door that has a really quick and efficient covid testing centre for those of you that need a covid test to travel. Overall this was a great hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip

The environment of this hotel is very small and cramped. It is not recommended to stay in the hotel. Ibis or Xiayue Hotel in a separate place have a better environment than them (only a few hundred yuan difference)! So I would rather spend an extra two or three hundred and stay at Ibis or Xia Yue! They are all on the street (Xiahe Road, less than 500 meters near Xiamen Railway Station)! In the room of Super 8, you can hear the sound of vehicles at night, unlike the two hotels (Ibis, or Xiayue) where you can't hear the sound at night!

This is the first time I came to Xiamen and stayed at the Hanting Hotel Xiamen Railway Station (previously I stayed in Hanting). I feel that the young lady Yang at the front desk looks good and the service is very meticulous. It is good for us to visit Xiamen for the first time. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable, mainly because it is close to the railway station and in the middle of the island. It’s really convenient where to go. Shopping and food nearby are also great. I look forward to coming to Xiamen next time. Playing and living in a hotel😄

I think I originally wanted to book a Super 8 Hotel, which is next to Xiamen Railway Station. Who knew that I booked the Super 8 Holiday Mall Hotel in Sixia Holiday City, which is about one kilometer from the train station. Looking at the photos of the hotel, it is a water blue and attractive new room, but it is indeed a bit old when we arrive. However, in order to avoid liquidated damages, we had to stay that night because the Wi-Fi was unavailable. The counter clerk asked all kinds of questions, the TV still couldn’t be turned on, and said our mobile phone was not good, but we endured it and saw that the breakfast was quite rich the next day. There was a lovely security brother who helped us turn on the TV.
