By the way, to go to this hotel, you can only park your car in the parking lot outside the scenic area. If it’s the one at the gate, it’s okay. If it’s full, you have to park in another parking lot. 房間酒店在商業中心邊上，對於遊客來↑比天鵝湖酒店方便。親子房房間比較寬敞，湖景也很好，但8206房間設計特別奇葩，如圖三，衞生間的窗户對着8207的陽台，私隱性非常差，希望酒店改進。

2024年龍年新年一家四口入住酒店的親子房，特別感謝酒店總服務枱的小趙，耐心解答各種問題和及時協調接駁車接送。另外房間面積大，床品乾淨，傢俱實木的，陽台上可以近距離欣賞湖景，空氣清新，衞生間大，分區合理，環境舒適，酒店在沔陽小鎮裏面，孩子們玩得開心。推薦親子游家庭入住。

房間比較大，臨湖，陽台曬曬太陽舒服的很 風景不錯，服務不錯 枕頭太高了不舒服 早餐就是非常一般，衹有一個饅頭一個包子一個雞蛋，按人頭給，小孩沒有多的一份，大人要勻給小孩吃 在商業街裏面，和天鵝湖酒店一個老闆，裏面很多東西也都一樣

酒店位置在景區內，乾淨衞生，房間很大。 店長免費升級了套房，一家三口住起來很舒服，寶寶也玩的很開心，有機會還會來。

不要住一樓09號房，廁所一股下水道返潮的臭味！跟前台小哥反應後，他説讓阿姨噴空氣清新劑，我明確表示不能噴，有小寶寶，他最後還是讓保潔阿姨噴了空氣清新劑，最後變成又臭又燻人！床單被套有摺痕應該是洗過，但是枕頭不太乾淨，黑黑的還有頭髮！別的房間還可以沒啥味道！
