山海庭酒店座落於海河天街內、離邛海濕地1000中米，位置極佳，去邛海月色風情街、聽濤小鎮、大石板村、17度、建昌古城、唐園、火把廣場等景點都比較近。周邊水色一體、綠樹成蔭，餐廳和酒館環抱，環境極佳，夜晚靜謐，適宜休閑度假。
酒店新開業，裝修大氣有藝術感，庭院小橋流水，設施、傢俱、床品很新。前台幾個小姐姐服務熱情，進出門問寒問暖，給人以賓至如歸之感。房間也良心價，性價比高，來西昌推薦入住！

感謝攜程贈送的升級房型的權益，用了之後酒店果然幫忙升級了房型。酒店很乾凈舒適，房間雖然不多，但是小而精緻。工作人員服務態度也很不錯。出去玩了之後回到酒店，不小心把身上的臟東西弄到床上了，酒店馬上叫人來換了床品。酒店還贈送了圍爐煮茶，蠻有意思的體驗項目。下次來西昌還會考慮在這邊入住！

房間很乾凈，環境好服務好，前台小姐姐特別好，我們住在二樓上樓那個房間的 雖然是木地板 但是很隔音，但是外面就是酒吧 真的有點吵，基本11:30之後才會安靜，比較適合出遊 早飯也很好吃

酒店房間不大但乾淨整潔，他家實木步梯，好看的， 樓層不高 覺得有沒有電梯不太影響。有早餐，可以送到房間吃，很棒。攜程訂的酒店還可以延遲退房，棒。酒店周圍很多吃的，感覺幾點到都有吃的，很方便，周圍也有很多酒吧什麼的，感覺晚上比較熱鬧。車停酒店門口且免費，棒。房間最大的bug就是空調，衹要開空調 聲音就比較大，不開空調就都很好。

非常差，非常差，非常差的一次入住！！首先這個房的房門有問題，必須用很大力氣才能關，其次，這個門沒法反鎖。最後，最不能接受的，前兩天説因為打印機壞了，不能打發票，水單也不能打，後來打了水單，不是日期錯誤，就是金額錯誤，我打個電話過去，電話中服務員各種不耐煩。我就不懂了，你們的原因還不接受，我是商務出差，我報銷必須要真實的東西，你們自己不會，老闆不會培訓的麼？這樣對顧客，還來個毛線啊

第一印象就是乾淨，漂亮，而且房間住起來特別安靜温馨，設施設備都是全智能的，非常好，前台小姐姐特別熱情，服務特別好，特別細心的問幾點吃早餐，還有房間裏的小冰箱的飲料都是可以免費喝的，然後幫我們提行李，停車也很方便酒店門口就是停車場，酒店門口吃東西玩耍也是很方便的。這家酒店值得推薦👍
