It is very suitable for our self-guided apartment. The boss is warm and attentive. The rooms are fully equipped like home. You can cook rice and vegetables. There are supermarkets, meat markets and many various food shops downstairs. The transportation is very convenient and the price is very high. ,great.

除了房間面積較大，樓層高風景好，近莫家街周圍商業氛圍旺，其他真衹能説一般。洗衣機的雙缸半自動的，好歹伺候着可以用。最不滿意的床品，感覺被子枕頭都很舊很實了。毛巾衹有一條也是舊的，沐浴露洗頭水各衹有一次性的一包。還有就是百度地址上的公寓地址不對的，需要提前聯繫店家來接。還有就是公寓所在的樓道和電梯總是一股子異味，懷疑樓下就是垃圾房。

朋友介紹莫家街的民宿，不要住酒店。
本來還有懷疑，入住後感受到驚喜。
有家的感覺，房間幹淨温馨舒適，配備完全，價格便宜CP值也超高。
莫家街又是西寧最老又最有名的商業街，來青海一定要來的第一站。
最值得介紹的是熱情的老闆娘，有任何問題與景點推薦都詳細説明介紹，下次暑假一定要再來舊地遊玩。

店家熱情，服務周到，從小區門口迎接我們到客房；
房間乾淨、寬敞、明亮。
真正的純棉材質的床品，很舒適；
廚房灶具齊全，做飯方便。

安靜大床熱水Wi-Fi，除了熱水，其它都是很給力的。對我來説肯定是及格線以上的。
環境：
地理位置還不錯，莫家街就在樓下。小區居民還蠻Nice。
設施：
房間本身也還挺寬敞的，空間感還不錯，關上窗户，隔音效果絕佳。冰箱沒問題，洗衣機真的不敢恭維，臟到一定程度了…衞生間還算乾淨，沒味道，但是洗澡洗一半熱水變涼水，真心絕了……問算作是前台的大媽/大姐什麼情況，她説“我們不能像商業那種浪費”，嗯，這邏輯真是絕了—既然拿來賺錢，但是又要求住客不按商業的要求來衡量。不錯，你是有才華的，邏輯很縝密。
衞生：床品還是很乾凈的，我這種敏感肌沒有覺得癢或者別的。其它就那樣吧，談不上很乾凈整潔那種。
服務：很熱情友好，可以幫着寄存行李，但極其不專業。從見面説的每一句話都跟我們住宿沒關係…滿嘴跑火車。沒有在第一時間確認訂單確認住房人確認房間，這位大媽/大姐先是把我的同伴默認為訂單上的我，再是帶我們去了錯誤的房間，然後因為怕狗（狗在錯誤的房間門口）竟然讓我的同伴去替她做了她應該做的工作—帶路開門，介紹必要的房間情況。😮💨 不指望你主動幫忙搭把手弄行李，但是有點眼力勁兒，主動拉個門什麼的，更何況是你搞錯了訊息。畢竟服務行業，好歹有點服務意識。我認為前台最大的作用就是幫助我順利入住，不是給我添堵的。沒啥價值的前台還不如撤了的好。
