No one told me that I had to put water in the private bath an hour and a half in advance when I opened the room. When I walked back from the Ice and Snow World, I called and asked to put water in my house. The staff promised me that I could go straight to the bath after half an hour. At this time, the staff did not say that I needed to be in advance. It took about an hour and a half for waterproofing. I walked back for half an hour and there was no water. When I called them, they told me to make an appointment in advance. Also, doesn’t the Star Bubble House have satellite TV? Is the TV 1 inch? Why didn't I see the TV? If you don’t have this configuration, don’t write it up. It's now around 8pm on December 30th. I've already checked out and gone home. It's a very bad experience.

The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. Originally booked Hot Spring Villa A, but there was no umbrella, so I couldn't soak in the rain, so I upgraded to a two-bedroom villa at the front desk. The choice is really right, there is a private bath anytime to soak ~ in the afternoon, the light rain soaked once, and in the evening after watching the big circus sent back to soak again. The room service helped us switch the temperature back and forth, especially the new sister Luhui who was very enthusiastic. She watched taking the children and gave out fruit milk biscuits and small toys. She also asked any needs to be mentioned at any time to make the children happy. The private soup two-bedroom villa at this price and the enthusiastic service staff are all five points of praise!

很值得去的遊玩景點，酒店正前方步行幾分鐘就是動物王國，左邊是摩天輪，右邊就是冰雪世界，入住一晚配套的門票是能到第二天晚上10點前依然有效，行李可以寄放前台，繼續遊玩，非常划算。訂的房間不帶窗，不帶洗浴，房裡就衹有兩張單人床和兩張單人足療椅，用的是公共洗浴，不過不影響整體遊玩體驗，因為遊玩設施挺多，一天玩下來基本都能秒睡的狀態，唯一不足的是晚上10點後全部設施和餐廳關閉後，飲食方面選擇衹有自備的泡麪或者少量的外賣。祝大家旅遊愉快。
