對於這次網上預訂酒店有一些感慨：我在延安天和酒店的前台在去哪網上預訂酒店，不知道為啥就把我定位到這個酒店了，沒仔細看就直接下單了，前台等了一會説沒有看到預訂訊息，我看了訂單才發現位置錯了，然後趕緊取消重新下單，申請取消的時候才知道預訂的酒店訂單確認後就不能取消，如果取消就要扣除全部預付款，我不知道這樣的條款是不是屬於不合理規定，但今早去哪兒網幫我聯繫了酒店，最終扣除了20%預售款，希望大家在網上預訂酒店的時候看仔細些吧，不要跟我一樣馬虎，也謝謝天和酒店的理解

前台小姐姐的態度超級好，人也很和善，酒店房間的裝修也很簡約大方，最舒服的就是房間裏的那個懶人沙發，坐在上面就不想起來了。

來貴州玩，到處涼風習習的，真不愧是爽爽的貴陽，第一次入住這家酒店，感覺很不錯：床上用品是純棉的睡着很舒服，房間打掃的很乾凈，房價也很合理，交通也很方便，門口就有各地公交車。離五A景區野生動物園很近，酒店旁邊還有美食一條街，都是當地的特色菜（酸菜蹄髈很好吃）。前台服務很熱情，景點介紹，美食推薦，行李保管。值得入住，強力推進!
