服務：凌晨到的，前台很有耐心，前台有攻略提供，離開的時候要掃碼可以免費停車
環境：位置很好，旁邊有網紅店，三衹羊燒烤，什一總店，肯德基麥當勞，超市燒雞公都有，旁邊就是1號線地鐵口，房間也很大，
衞生：很好
設施：餐廳衹能到九點半，結束的太早了，而且餐食比較少

1.首選感謝酒店幫我們升級房型
相當於一個套房，房間裏有直飲水設備。床墊很舒服。
2.攜程顯示2023年裝修，實際就是舊屋改造，裏面的設施還是90年代的陳設。燒水壺很破，吹風機也是。（最重要的是門不能反鎖！！！非常危險！！寶寶一擰就開了，衹能自己想辦法防盜！！）
3.洗澡就是考驗特種兵，放10分鐘冷水，出3分鐘温水。洗的我心驚膽戰。浴缸裏不太乾淨，清理不到位！清理馬桶圈的酒精棉片衹夠擦指甲蓋！
4.電梯沒有門禁，誰都能進，隨便按，電梯很慢，也沒有提示上下樓需要等待很久。
5.電梯門口的電話也衹是陳設，根本就打不通前台電話，早上要水需要等待員工上班之後，8點半布草間才來人，前台電話才能打通，比我上班都晚。
6.早餐八點半後就無人問津了，要啥啥沒有，黑咖啡也沒有，湯都是涼的，衹能一次次要求用微波爐加熱。
以上，僅代表個人，應該不會再來。

3.8節家庭自駕去徐州遊玩，看評論這家店停車方便，果斷下單。酒店地理位置非常好，右邊是金鷹，出門左拐就是1號線地鐵口，去雲龍山，徐州博物館，户部山，戲馬台，回龍窩等打滴滴都在10元錢之內。訂了三間標準間，第一晚有2間房都沒有熱水，放了好久都是冷水，第二天換房後好的。這個地點這個價位的房價也不算貴，下次來的話還會考慮入住

交通便利，門口地鐵交通都很方便。
早餐豐富，竟然有肉夾饃，且味道不比外面差，配合培根卷、餚肉，一口下去簡直滿足。
設施比較新，還有智能馬桶，自動窗簾，懶人福音。健身房的器材還是挺專業的，估計用的人少，挺新的。

第三次入住了，每次來徐州必住此酒店！地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近。酒店停車場很大，免費停車。進入大堂香薰味很好聞，總枱美女們很有禮貌，很快幫我們辦理好入住。我跟朋友訂的是智能房，房間很乾凈，沐浴跟衞生間是乾濕分離的，洗手間是智能馬桶！早餐在三樓！酒店門口就是商場，餐飲也很多！附近有什一飯店跟綠地三衹羊燒烤，大家如果想去的話一定要提前提前提前，不然就等台吧！

房間設施較好，全智能小p開窗開燈開空調；
衞生服務比較好，連住三天打掃的乾乾淨淨；
地理位置優越，出門就有地鐵站和小藍車，去旅遊景區都很近，十分便利方便；
早餐連吃三天也不會膩，每天菜品會有微微的調整，非常棒！

為什麼評價有的很低呢，我感覺住的不錯啊！大廳很氣派一進去很香，房間吧總得來説還算可以不算很新但是這個價錢就算性價比很高的了。吃飯也比較方便附近就有個比較網紅的餐廳。比較推薦！好吃不貴。酒店房間照片忘記拍照📸

設施：酒房間是改造後的，設施比較新，温度也適宜，有智能化設備。比較遺憾的是留了冰箱的位置，但沒有放冰箱，我們買回來的冷藏食品無處可放。
衞生：衞生還行，無功無過的。住了兩天，打掃比較及時。
環境：環境不錯。
服務：服務很一般。預訂時確認了房型升級權益，但辦理入住時説房間滿，不提供升級服務。如果不能提供，請不要確認升級權益，影響我們預訂時的判斷，我們可能會選擇其他酒店或者其他房型了。
聽説過年期間，退房有小朋友的禮物，但也沒有提到給我們。
整體服務的語氣也都比較冷淡。
