I used it for a business trip, but the room I had booked was different, so when I applied for an upgrade at check-in, the employee told me to cancel my Trip.com reservation and pay in cash.
If I cancel now, there will be a penalty fee. Also, there is no point in making reservations on trip.com. I will pay the difference.
However, the hotel employee said that he would cancel trip.com so that there would be no penalty. Pay in full in cash. That's what I mean.
As a result, I had a dispute with trip.com, and I, who made the reservation, wanted them to handle it. It has been said.

The front desk clerk was very kind and the check-in was very smooth. The room was small, but clean. The desk in my room was a little bit small and not suitable for teleworking. This hotel faces Route 4, which has heavy traffic. The road is noisy because many cars pass by until late at night. That is why I couldn't sleep well. チェックインの時から威圧感を感じる様な説明をマシンガンの様にまくし立てる。
2日目の朝食券を渡してくれず、連絡もしてくれない。
シャワーの水温がかなり上下して驚くことが多かった。

徒歩圏内にコンビニやラーメン屋さんは有りますが、居酒屋系はありませんでした。
建物はそこそこ古いですが、清掃はきちんとされていました。
人工温泉の大浴場が少しぬるめでした。
朝食は極々普通のビジネスホテルと言う感じました。
