Tui Magic Life Bodrum - Adults Only

Just came home from a 10 night stay at TUI Magic Life Bodrum. This hotel is one of the best all inclusives I have visited. The hotel grounds are stunning and every single member of staff we came across were lovely and so so friendly. The Magico buffet is one of the best, always offer a range of different food and there is so much variety it’s hard to get bored. We visited both Levante, The Flavour and the Beach Restaurant on our stay and absolutely loved Levante. The Flavour interior was stunning but just found the menu limited (it’s a different menu on each day - we done the Tuesday option which was Spanish it was still nice but thought would be better to have a couple options still) The Beach Restaurant comes as an extra charge but well worth a visit and found it to be reasonably priced and again, interior is stunning. Evening entertainment was excellent, I’ve been to many different all inclusives and this is the best entertainment my favourites was: Silent Disco, Glow in the dark party and Bohemian Sundowner. Entertainment team/pool bar and beach bar staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you (well all the staff we met from the towel desk, cleaners were all amazing) There is sooo many positives of this hotel and I could be here for hours writing them all but all I can say is I will 100% be back and never felt so gutted to be coming home from holiday!

We arrived to a tremendous welcome by the staff at Tui Magic. Our week stay was fantastic. The rooms, restaurant, food, pools, beach, entertainment was all amazing. We could not fault anything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The entertainment round the pool was fun The food and drink was awesome

Just spent 10 amazing days at this hotel with the added bonus of being Adults Only !! For my partner & myself everything was perfect, food in the Restaurant was to a very high standard, different themes every evening, but also loads of other foods to choose from, well presented and hot food hot !!! Just so much you could never get bored. The private beach is so relaxing and peaceful close to the daytime buffet restaurant and bars so not far to move from your sunbeds which there are loads of. Also the choice of 3 pools so lovely with no children running about !! Staff all helpful very pleasant, everyone seems to work as a team even the Manager was greeting people in the restaurant in the evening. Rooms clean and comfortable, everything you need, as a couple we couldn't fault anything, on arrival was not happy with the room we was allocated but was moved straight away. Always remember if you are not happy with anything go to reception tell them if they don't know they can't put it right for you. Star of our holiday was 'Salih Bagdatli' Operations Manager he was just everywhere, remembered our names from the start of our hols, always working but also always smiling. Definitely plan to return hopefully this year just loved it !!!

I have just returned from a two week stay with my mom and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. As many people choose holidays based on reviews I want to do a detailed review on our experience - so grab a cuppa! Hotel grounds - Gorgeous grounds which are well kept, everyday you see people working on the gardens and footpaths and all are very hardworking and friendly. We liked the little touches like the bodrum sign. It can be hilly in places but bodrum is known to be hillier. There is a cat house on site and the cats roam around the grounds. They are all really friendly and love a fuss. There was one in particular which stole my heart I wish I could have brought her home with me, so if anyone sees her give her a fuss from me (see the picture included) Room - Our room was 4106, it was a ground floor room with a terrace and sea view. It was on the smaller side but it was ample enough for sleeping and getting ready in. There are tiny stools on the terrace which reminded us of toddler chairs but as my mum has back problems we asked guest services for a proper chair and we were provided two of them which was brilliant. The beds were extremely hard for us but we asked guest relations and they provided us with a mattress topper which made our sleep much more comfortable. The shower was powerful enough but did have times where the temperature would suddenly drop or get very hot but easily adjustable. The only complaint about the room we have is that there is no full length mirror and there is no mirror on the dressing table. There is a mirror in the bathroom to do your hair and makeup though. There is a built in TV in a very dark mirror which we were surprised that there were English channels like ITV! When we arrived there was a stocked mini fridge with Coca Cola and Fanta and water. They replace the water daily but that is all - but absolutely fine by us! The cleaners were fantastic, we celebrated both our birthdays whilst we were here and the room was set up with banners and towel art which was a lovely touch and even left us a Bodrum fridge magnet on our last day. Pools - There are 3 pools on the resort. The activity pool is where a lot of activities take place we only went by this pool once as there was a lot going on and we were there to mainly relax. The infinity pool was gorgeous with stunning views. My only complaint about these two pools were the built in sunshades which meant there was only a few sunbeds around these pools in full sunlight. It’s nice to have shaded areas however I do think having umbrellas around all the sun beds would be better as everyone can choose when they would like some shade. The last pool is the relax pool which we didn’t realise was there until the last few days, the sun loungers are padded and extra comfortable, the pool is shallower in this area too which was nice to cool off. Beach- There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach to choose from. The sand is mixed with fine stones but walkable without shoes. The

We are returning customers to a lovely hotel, this review is about an activity revo.mended and advertised by tui magic. Our Tui rep at Tui Magic life booked a Hamaam experience at one of their recommend Pasha Hamam and Spa venues. Dirty and lifeless venue with poorly experience staff providing a poor service. Complete waste of money. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS DREADFUL. poor hygiene practice. The staff used same face brush from one client to the next without washing, sterilising or changing the brush. The shower mitt again was used fro. One customer to the next. Makes me feel recalling it. I have now checked reviews of this place and am shocked at how many people have had bad experiences. Tui why are you advertising and sending your holiday makers to this venue when there are so many poor reviews on trip advisor for the organisation. Its left us with a sour taste, how are you doing to rectify this.

I can highly recommend this hotel. You can feel special from the very first moments. We were welcomed with a cocktail. The reception team was very nice and explained everything. A big thanks to Guest Service managed by Oksana. This women has always great advices, beautiful smile and can help you organize everything even birthsday cake. The resort is so beautiful as you can see on the pictures, a lot of flowers, trees and elegant details. The food top, chapeau bas to executive chef Gokhan for excellent food, various, fresh and tasty. Especially I liked the „chef’s plate”- a phenomenal combination of flavors, beautifully presented on a plate. You can enjoy not only the sun, beach, food but the resort offers a lot of sport activities. Everybody can find something interesting. Next advantage is the application which shows you the daily program and booking list for sport classes: Joga, Dance, Body Work, Pilates, Bike, Tennis… The Entertainment Team is taking care of you to make your holiday more active but also excited cause of amazing evening shows and parties. Kaan Erfogan knows how to make a great party. A big applause for every member of his team, especially to Johnatan, who is a legend, a man of 100 faces, talented dancer and soul of the company. In the hotel there is an initiative for solo travelers „angels”, it is really awesome to help people find some group to have fun together. Both hotel and service on very high level. Everybody from the service is helpful and kind, the atmosphere is friendly. I can imagine, everybody can feel there as in heaven. It was my second time with TUI Magic Life Hotels and for sure not the last. Thanks guys, Patrycja

Yet again I am blown away by this fantastic hotel! (This is my second visit) It is difficult for me to find any fault at all, and there are so many positives, I would be here for days naming them all! Firstly, the hotel is located in the most wonderful place, and the views are spectacular ! There are three pool areas to choose from, and it is right on the beach, all of which have access to the bars for drinks and refreshments. The staff are second to none and made me feel like I was special, as they did with all the guests. Nothing was too much and they were happy and friendly all the time. Big shout out to Nuri and Isa and selin at the bar areas who ran around and worked so hard keeping the guests happy and knowing exactly what you like to drink and bringing it to you without asking. The animation team..... well they are the BEST I have ever experienced at any hotel I have stayed at, and I truly feel like we are good friends! They made us feel so welcome, happy everyday, and made out stay a truly special one! The room was spotless, and cleaned everyday. I mentioned to one of the reps that my pillows were a little on the firm side for me, and there were more in my room an hour later! There is complimentary tea and coffee in the room, and a fridge with water, coke, and orange. Fresh water was left everyday for the kettle (a large bottle) The food, well, the last time I returned home I could no longer fasten my work uniform! The food was amazing then, and is even better now ! They knew my partner has a nut allergy and they catered for his needs, and made him separated desserts! All are catered for at this hotel. I gained an infection due to a mosquito bite, and I was taken by car to the clinic, treated, taken to the chemist and back to the hotel within 2 hours, all sorted by the hotel nurse. I didn't have to worry about anything, they even contacted my insurance company. I celebrated my 50th birthday here and the staff helped me to celebrate and made it very special. (They even baked me my very own birthday cake !) The nightlife is fantastic, with amazing shows every night, the neon party is fantastic! The boho sundown is not to be missed ! The club is on the complex but if you fancy an early night, you won't be disturbed by the music ect. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel, and I can't wait to return next year! A 10 star holiday. A 5 star is never be enough what we experienced in here. excellent guest experience and delicious food. Can a hotel employee be extraordinarily friendly? Or can he/she take special care of you? This is possible at TUI Magic Life Bodrum hotel. Can food be this delicious and perfect ?? This is also possible here. Actually it’s ordinary in here. Mr. Ümit, who is from the hotel management and makes the miracles possible. Ms. Oksana and her team who is in customer relations and takes care of everything, Mr. Gökhan, who is the Head Chef, who is the head of the magnificent meals, Ms. Lina and the animation team, Ms. Selin and Ms. Selen from the Lobby Bar. Gökhan Bey and İlhan Bey from the main restaurant, Huge Thanks to Everybody. This is really Magic Life.

Let me tell you about this fantastic hotel. It is situated on the beach and the resort certainly makes full use of the lovely sandy beaches for its various activities. The resort itself is large and very well kept with white walk ways bordered by beautiful flowering plants. The rooms are spacious and in good condition and cleaned daily. There is a fridge that is kept stocked with soft drinks. Also in the room is a hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and a flat screen TV. The food here is excellent in the main dining room with lots of choice. There are a number of other restaurants in the venue, two of these are complimentary for 1 visit each week and they really go the extra mile with the cuisine and waiter service. The all inclusive service is great with Efes beer and local spirits that are as good as any you will get back home in uk bars. Finally the staff here are amazing and make the holiday. Everyone and I mean everyone go above and beyond and are very friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special mention for ISA who looked after the pool bar and Ataz down at the beach bar. These two wonderful members of staff always took time to say a heartfelt hello and took great pride in providing a great service. We loved it here so much that we have booked the same two weeks next year and I write this review waiting to return back to the Uk having thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks here.
