The hotel rooms first class. The apartments adequate. Pool areas good, well maintained and rubbish bins changed frequently. Food, I found good. Staff friendly and helpful. Now the downside. The complex is very hilly. Not good if you are disabled, struggle to walk or get out of breath easily. The outside apartments are up a steep walkway, each apartment level have 30 steps and a landing to negotiate. Once you come out of the main hotels lift, it’s more steps down to the restaurant, then more steps down to the main pool area. If you then want to go to the beach it’s down more steps. So it’s harder walking back up. They have a Amphitheater, but it’s 5 min walk from the hotel and a steep walkway down to it. People with prams, wheelchairs or walking aids turned round and left. The owners realised they made a mistake in its location. Also the same area is the water park, same problem with access. If you don’t like cats or have an allergy, they are all over the place. They walk through the restaurant and come into your apartment if you leave your patio doors open. Make sure you take bug repellent and after bite spray or gel. Once week they spray the complex with bug suppressant. They do have a medical centre on site for your possible needs. If you don’t mind a bit of walking, it’s for you.

A great family resort offering everything you need for a superb family holiday. The resort is large with a number of pools including ones for toddlers and a separate one for adults. The main large pool is over 30 metres in length accommodating a large number of guests. During the day there are activities for adults and children with all staff happy to help and entertain. There is a beach area facilitated with a bar but also free water fridges throughout as this is an all inclusive resort. Quiet decks along the coastline away from the active pool area enable those who want a peaceful time taking in the ambiance and beautiful coastline. The waters are clear and fish in abundance. Food is very good with plenty of options. Okay for those that want a British fry-up no it’s not happening but there is so much choice throughout the different restaurants. The Kum Spa is fantastic- try out the Ottoman Spirit massage and Turkish bath. You won’t be disappointed. The drinks aren’t the best on the inclusive package but it’s plentiful! Great value for money.

This hotel is a 3 star at best. The original club room we checked in to smelled so badly of sewage that we asked to be moved. (We found out later that we were not the only ones) We were upgraded to a suite. Lovely position right at the top with wonderful views. It was however very basic and dated. No toiletries or tea/coffee facilities. Clean but poorly stocked. A lot of the outdoor areas were very scruffy. In a plus note the staff were fantastic. The jetties near the beach were a perfect place to relax

We have just returned from our stay, we visited as a family of five in a grand family room in the main building. I had read a lot of bad reviews so was quite worried about arriving. However first impressions were that the lobby was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming, we were shown our room and our luggage bought in for us. The room was lovely and big with a great sea view from the balcony. It was very clean. It was quite dated, as was the bathroom / shower, but we were hardly in there so this wasn’t an issue. We were very happy with the food, we ate in the main restaurant each night and found something new to try each night- not sure how people can find it repetitive. There is a different bbq option each night too which was nice. The only negative with the evening meals was that it was so busy and only between 1900-2100 so the whole hotel was trying to get in at the same time. Lunch we usually went to the beach bar where they had hamburgers, meat, salad and chips etc. there was also Turkish flatbreads and pide being made there every day and these were delicious. The views here were great, if you went to a restaurant with that location you’d be paying loads. Food at the aqua park was also fine, but not as much choice. Breakfast was also great and there was a lot to choose from, pancakes and Nutella were a hit with the kids. The entertainment was good, although it doesn’t start until 2145hrs, so a bit late for the kids we thought. The one big negative for us was that the spirits were not drinkable. I had seen reviews saying they tasted like chemicals and thought they were exaggerating- they weren’t! The spirits and cocktails were disgusting. However the beer, soft drinks and rose wine were all nice. The bus stop outside the hotel goes to Bodrum and is about 50p each way. Bodrum was nice to go for a look around and only about 15 minutes away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It is a large complex and not suitable if you have mobility problems.

We had the best time. Good location to Bodrum and plenty to do during the day or if you want to relax, plenty of pools and chill out areas to choose from. The entertainment team were great and I enjoyed my early morning Turkish lessons with Mr. Hugo 🇹🇷😎.

We are currently on day 10 here (of our 14 night holiday). Reading the reviews before we came away worried us but we have been pleasantly surprised. We have 2 rooms in the main building which are fine albeit a little dated. Grouting seriously needs some attention as it falls away from the walls when you shower. For the amount of time you spend in a room, it's fine but it's most definitely not a 5 star resort. It's also not "super all inclusive" as they make out! The a la carte resteraunts come at an extra charge which we thought was unusual, as most all inclusive resorts you at least get 1 visit. The cabanas on the beach are well worth the 50 Euro per couple and we had a couple of days in one. Waiter service, premium beers and soft drinks and ice creams. The beach area is lovely, crystal clear water and well kept. Food - lots to choose from but does get repetitive. Fresh juice is an extra charge at 2 euros The spa is lovely, we had a turkish bath and massage on our second day, probably one of the best we've ever had. The resort is full of hills and steps so be prepared. Would we come back? Probably not as we feel there are better hotels around but we got this at a bargain deal so can't complain

Came bk last night views are beautiful pools are lovely beach small pebbly aswel it’s definitely not pram and wheelchair accessible so many steps had to carry pram a lot, don’t rate the food same thing every day chips nuggets and pizza and what you had the night before was made into a different dish the next day food was cold or barely warm we lived on bread and salad one family spent over a thousand pounds going out to eat over there time there with having to get taxis aswel, entertainment 😂 it came on one night at 9 did 3 songs and that was it finished at 9:15 on other nights nothing asked about it and was told there are over a thousand guests here ? what that had to do with it I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ so evenings you had to either sit and drink chemicals or pay to go elsewhere ampi theatre wasn’t on one bar open 24hr the drinks are disgusting tasted like chemicals spoke to a lot of people there who said the same and complained directly to staff and through the rep but with nothing being done. Some staff very rude when asking them something they bluntly said NO waived there hand at you in a go away manner 😡 cleaning staff lovely and very polite praised one girl to staff but wasn’t interested.would go to bodrum again in the future but definitely not that hotel this is my OPINION.

Overall a poor experience to our first time in Bodrum. To start off the food is extremely repetitive and leftovers are served cold the next day. Staff sneezing into gloves and then continuing to cook shows a clear lack of hygiene. The ‘all inclusive’ drinks consist of a hand full of cocktails that taste like they have been filled with bleach and 1 choice of lager. There is also no option to eat throughout the day as the only times you can eat are their set breakfast dinner and tea. During this time the restaurant is ram packed and as stated already most of the food is cold as it was from last nights evening meal. Entertainment is none existent so don’t hold your hopes up for anything to do of an evening. Handful of staff were lovely and polite however the rest were extremely rude, huffing and puffing, no smiling and a loud no to most things you say or ask for. We were told the hotel was wheel chair and buggy accessible which is a complete lie. Some ramps are available but for example if you wish to go to the beach there is no way there without going down numerous sets of stairs. The lady who cleaned our room was amazing and when we gave this feedback to the guest relations they had no interest. The views were probably the only positive to staying in this hotel. Bodrum is a beautiful place but this hotel is not all it is cracked up to be. Definitely would not recommend.

Good hotel, its big. They have good entertainment like a disco, aquagym etc. Food at the restaurant is also good for an all inclusive resort. Enough beds by the pool and a lot of space overall Rooms are good, beds are a bit hard. They don’t speak a lot of english at the resort but its okay

Fantastic Hotel the staff were very helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok as I’m disabled and gave me any help I needed. My only one gripe is the wheelchair slopes and very very steep. But we managed and the staff helped a lot. They also made sure our kids were ok and entertaining all the time.
