Hapimag Sea Garden Resort

Nice place. Excellent sea and beach. A little far from bodrum bu no problem. There were transfer. Rooms were clean. Food is delicious. There must be more facilities for kids. I loved to stay and will visit again.

I had my wedding at Hapimag Sea Garden and also stayed there for about a week from 16 to 21 of May 2023. I planned my wedding from America (California San Francisco) and have never even been to Turkey prior or to visit the venue/resort, so I was very worried! It was a wedding that exceeded my dreams. If I had to do it over again I would choose the same resort. Each guest said it was the best wedding they had been to (they have been to tons!). We had about 40 guests (friends/family stay for about a week for our wedding). The hotel grouped us together, which was nice so we were not far apart. We had an open bar for the wedding and we took many shots throughout the wedding, it was so much fun (all included in the package). The service, punctuality, and kindness of the staff was nothing I have ever seen before in my life. On my wedding day anything I needed last minute they brought it to my room. Duygu (the coordinator at the hotel for my wedding) was the kindest person I have ever met, she treated my family so well. Some guests even extended their stay. I want to come back here again to the same room for my anniversary. As for the food, it was very high quality. The resort was so clean! They cleaned our room every day, and even the cleaning staff was friendly. The beach was so clean! My brother lost his phone in the taxi and the hotel went out of their way to find it! Finally, it was found within 48 hours. The only thing is I wish I came in June/July/August, since it would have been warmer. May was a little too cold to swim in the beach (I did it but it was not pleasant..I was shivering!). We also swam in the pool, but a bit chilly and it seemed May is a windy time. This was a risk I was willing to take, but next time I'll come during the warmer months! Anyways I can't wait to come back. It was a dreamy vacation. Walking through the paths between all the building and to the Lavante Restaurant eating area was so pleasant and you can hop on a golf cart too.

What a holiday!! Best of all: the weather was warmer than usually in November as we had from 25-30 degrees. The welcome we got was excellent, we felt so welcome and immediately at ease. All staff was helpful, nice and friendly. The trea**ent was personal and warm, many always recognised us. The variety offered is huge, from relax and calm places (even one silent beach) to fun and sporty activities (even in low season there was still some animation and the water sports were awesome). We had the all inclusive formula which was really affordable and fully worth it, we never felt reluctant to take food and were always well treated. Some things could be improved though: It was often unclear until which time which bar would be open, f.ex. the Kirpy bar was open until 7 pm acording to our paper and the Manzara bar's information, but when we arrived at 5.55 for cocktails we were told that they were soon going to close. The Manzara took the extra mile though afterwards to prepare another cokctail without any cards for me. Timetables were not the same everywhere. Or on the document I was given, the Lagune Lounge Bar was on the all inclusive formula, when I ordered there, he told me it was not included (I only took the tea they gave me and sat down with my son, they then offered him a drink nonetheless). This was a little bit confusing but nothing more than that, not really a big deal in itself. They also had their special 100 year celebration of the nation while we were there, and I understand that it was a little bit chaotic. However we could nowhere get any reliabale information on where to eat that day and almost were sent to a place much further away that turned out to be closed just before we headed off to it. Something I would suggest is to always indicate on the buffets what it is. This was mostly the case but sometimes not and would have been interesting to know to discover more about the delicious food. Indeed, all we ate was very good and I loved the variety of foods offered.

Our stay was very pleasent. We swam a lot, sun bathed and enjoyed the food and drinks. We had a wonderful night celebrating the 100 th anniversary of founding republic of Türkiye. We had a week in paradise. Thank yuou all...

Overall our expectations were really exceeded: Great service, super friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, clear water, excellent water sports facilities and professional and super friendly instructors. As Bodrum Downtown is appr. 30 Min drive away (there are bus shuttles leaving every 30 min, which costs only a few €), we had dinner mainly within the property. There are many restaurants, however with different prices and quality. E.g. we had excellent fish and starters at the restaurant down at the beach just next to the water sports facility, whereas the food at the Laguna Lounge (located on the hotel side; silent bay) was way overpriced and quality was mediocre. We will definitely come back.

We spent two dream weeks in September 2023 at the Hapimag Sea Garden Resort in Bodrum ... and we can't wait to go back! … At each stay we find improvements, and the entire resort is kept impeccably. The place is quite unique: a true paradise, an oasis of tranquility and beauty in a position without equal with a spectacular view from every corner: magnificent gardens, centuries-old olive trees and maritime pines, two splendid bays both with beautiful and wide beaches and crystal clear sea ideal for long baths and water sports. Speaking of water sports, I must say that I had a great time, thanks to the excellent equipment of the Water Sports and above all to the dedicated team, managed with great passion by the new manager Josh. He has a first-class competence which he makes available for customers and the team works with great efficiency and courtesy. I would like to thank him because I appreciated his valuable tips for improving my technique. He’s a real captain and leader and I also must remember Mahsun for his courtesy and as a very good driver. By the way you can find beautiful catamarans windsurf for afternoon rides when the wind starts up. A vacation at this resort also means taking advantage of first-class service since the reservation due to the great commi**ent of the reception manager, Maral, to meet all the guests' special needs (…and we have many…) And, staying on the subject of services, the reception staff was, as always, very professional and helpful (a special thanks to Songül); the guest relations team is a true strategic asset: located near the pool area and the beach was always ready to meet every need with efficiency and warmth ( ..thanks to the very kind and well-prepared young girl whose name now escapes us) Also to be praised is the shuttle service with very efficient electric cabs for moving around to discover the whole resort. Excellent services those relating to the rooms and cleaning of every part of the resort (including internal roads!): you will always find someone at work trying to ensure an unexpected cleanliness for outdoor spaces .... The Manzara restaurant in Village is just ideal for a lovely breakfast and lunch in front of the sea. The service is excellent and you have lots of good thinks to chose and great quality. Thanks to Görkem who combined efficiency and kindness each time. And how can we not mention the nice dinners at Orak Fish restaurant right on the beach ? If you get the chance to try grilled fresh fish and typical Turkish dishes right on the beach and masterfully prepared by "MASTER CHEF" Ergun, number one in friendliness and experience, you will understand why we are so enthusiastic.
