This hotel deserves a five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Jessie at the front desk was incredibly kind and efficient. Her service was thoughtful and meticulous; she patiently explained all the room amenities and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with options for both soft and firm pillows – I had a fantastic night's sleep. What truly touched me was that I left my charger behind when checking out, and the front desk immediately called to notify me and helped arrange to mail it back. This level of service is highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, Mr. He's warm and attentive service made us feel incredibly welcome. He not only proactively helped us with our heavy luggage but also patiently and thoroughly introduced us to the local transportation and dining options, answering all our questions. Throughout our stay, every time we encountered Mr. He, he always greeted us with a smile, making us feel incredibly comfortable. Whether it was guiding us during check-in or helping us arrange a taxi upon departure, Mr. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to service. It's thanks to outstanding staff members like Mr. He that this trip became even more perfect. I strongly recommend everyone choose the Wanda Jin Yan'an Hotel!

I stayed at the Wanda Realm Yan'an for seven consecutive nights during the Chinese New Year, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. I have to give it a great review! A special shout-out to front desk manager Anna, whose service was exceptionally detailed and thoughtful. Not only did she upgrade us for free to a special 'kang' room (a traditional heated bed), but she also had the air conditioning on in advance, so we walked into a wonderfully warm room – truly considerate. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was also enthusiastic and made us feel very welcome. If you're visiting Yan'an, choosing Wanda Realm is definitely the right choice!

The hotel has a great view, directly facing Red Street. Since we were traveling with a child, we booked a larger family room, and the spaciousness was fantastic. The bathtub is freestanding, making it easy to use with a bath liner, which is especially great for warming up in winter. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were enthusiastic and proactively asked if we needed anything. The robot even delivered our meals every day! If we come back, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

We were upgraded to a suite because it was off-season. It had a balcony directly overlooking Yan'an Hongjie, and the room was very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was also great. Recommended.

The location is excellent, very close to scenic spots, making getting around super convenient. A special thank you to the front desk for their thoughtful service; they upgraded me directly to a Wanda Realm room, which was spacious and comfortable – my experience instantly went through the roof! The service was warm and attentive, making this a truly delightful stay. Highly recommend!
