服務滯後，酒店沒有燈，打電話才説要自己找卡插進去，在攜程上選擇開電子發票居然沒有反應，離店時也沒有被提醒現場拿發票，也沒有問是否要開發票，網上發票申請還停留在等待店家確認狀態，打電話過去説沒有要求，也不會去看網上訊息，還説後面用別人不要發票的客人的票來沖抵，這是什麼服務，一塌糊塗

前台戴眼鏡的小姐姐很熱情，我不確定能否住一晚，問房價可否優惠，小姐姐建議網上下單會很划算，最近有優惠活動，我不會網上下單，很耐心教我怎麼網上下單，付款，好評，房間裝修有些陳舊，打掃也算是乾淨，總的來説經濟實惠，性價比高
