Nothing to regret about this stay. We booked an upstairs corner room in the new complex for dinner, bed & breakfast and could not have been happier. From the lovely warm welcome on arrival and graceful thanks on departure everything in between was a delight. Despite all room ammenities being listed on the website we now know if we just wanted to be self sufficient we could just turn up with our own food and not even leave the room. Wifi was instantaneous. King size bed luxurious. Sitting on the balcony with coffee in the late afternoon with such a variety of wildlife to share it with delightful. The only word of warning would be if dining in the restaurant the servings are huge so unless you are a big eater then an entree & main is way too much … but delicious all the same :-) we will be back xxx

Arrived in Perth on 24 January 2023 and had this accommodation booked for just 6 days out of our 39 day trip to Oz. Had we realised just how beautiful this place was we think we would have stayed here for the entire trip. What fantastic hosts Kyle and Jodi are and don’t forget little Billy the dog. The rooms are spacious with air condition, the kitchen has everything you need and outside is relaxing to sit and chat with other residents. What a welcome to Australia.
