This is a good place to stay if you want to save money. I paid only 60 RMB for 1 night and at that price it was great. Although the furniture in the rooms is quite old and worn, they are clean and comfortable. The view of the beach from the balcony is excellent and you can access the beach directly opposite the hotel. There are plenty of small convenience stores around and restaurants, although all the restaurants are the same type so there isn't actually a lot of choice.

chose this place as I was playing golf at poly golf course.. the location is perfect as its a 5 minute walk. there is a meiyijia downstairs and a small restaurant but be aware all the restaurants in the area are seafood so if you dont like seafood youre out of luck. room is ok no smell or dirt and the view is good although you cant just go to the beach without paying

The flat has a big balcony with direct panoramic view on the sea, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room as well as a kitchen. Very convenient for families or for staying with friends. In the kitchen, there is only one kettle to boil water and no other kitchen appliances. Within 3 minutes, the beach is accessible and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs.

房間與網站展示的一樣，面海有大陽台，北面高爾夫球場，風景很好。
房間很大，床也夠大，網速不錯。
就是因為在海邊，大樓裝修被海風有所侵蝕。保利的物管也有可改進的地方。

這家公寓總體來説很好，房間衞生，設施齊全，海景房有陽台，坐在陽台上欣賞海景也是不錯的選擇。特別適合來海邊度假，公寓離保利銀灘很近，下樓穿過馬路就到海邊沙灘，沙灘上有各種海上娛樂項目，如沙灘車、摩託艇、沖鋒艇等等，晚上有音樂吧，燒烤攤等，樓下也有幾家早中晚餐海鮮店，後面正街就是海鮮一條街。樓下還有可租的電動車，方便出行觀景遊玩。唯一不足的是下海游泳需要購買門票。我如果下次來一定繼續住這家公寓。

公寓環境:大陽台朝着大海，非常震撼，這個公寓去沙灘很方便，中午最熱的時候在陽台看風景非常愜意，下午去泳場沖海浪。房間寬敞長者住靠近山景房，安靜。年輕人住雙床房，大陽台這邊。晚上12點後也陸續安靜了，關窗開空調睡覺，蠻安靜的。浴室水壓大，洗澡沖涼舒服，冰箱夠大，自駕遊自己買飲料零食帶去冰凍，省的怕樓下便利店貴，我們都是自己帶的可樂，沒在樓下買飲料不知道價位。
餐飲價格:樓下早餐店多，腸粉基本10元，粥10-20元，麪20元分量足。午餐很多店都是198元，268元套餐，蠻合適的，不覺得有什麼宰客。吃了一頓不是套餐的，花甲38元一斤，紅衫什麼魚78一斤，海蜇絲48元一斤。
沙灘環境:沙子細軟，海水乾淨，禁泳區可以玩水，不能太往深處，管理人會吹口哨，不會很兇。為了安全理解。泳區42元一位，給救生衣在劃定的安全區玩，超過臨界線也要説。游泳圈租金20元和15元。
整體感覺非常好，值得推薦去遊玩。

公寓地段好來的時候很快就找到了位置不錯滴。房間裏的衞生也很乾凈，設施非常齊全。也必須給房間自帶的陽台一個贊，給老闆一個贊。這陽台真的是這個房間裏面的點睛之筆呀。
