Yangshuo Riverside Resort Hotel

The hotel is beautiful, right by the Yulong River, with a large garden and nice views. The rooms are just a bit old, and the service is average, probably because we came from Shangri-La, where Guilin Shangri-La was too welcoming. The children's playground has a strong musty smell due to the extreme humidity.

Facilities: It is quite complete, and I like the whole decoration style! Environment: It is very beautiful with mountains and water. After dinner, I walked around the whole hotel and felt very happy! Service: The front desk and other staff are very good and friendly! Customized travel photography by the river: I am very angry about this😡😡😡. I made an appointment with her for the photo shoot at 14 o'clock the next day one day in advance. I understand that this should include makeup time, so I reserved 2 hours for the photo shoot and arranged other things. The next morning, she told me that it could start at 12 o'clock in advance. I think this is also good, so that other arrangements in the afternoon can be concentrated, so we adjusted our itinerary. After 12 o'clock, she told us that makeup needs to be made up separately, and there is a young lady in front of me who is putting on makeup. She told me that makeup needs 2 hours, so my afternoon arrangements are all disrupted! So I canceled the photo shoot. The personal experience is very bad, and the whole process is a mess! Later, she didn't reply to the message, which is very irresponsible! ! It was originally given by the hotel, so I don't care, but it's not done this way! ! If there are sisters who want to shoot, be sure to confirm all the details! She will only remind you of the following (see photos) and won't say anything else.
