房間還好，有小冰箱，衞生間挺大，浴缸、淋浴都有，但是衞生間的鏡子前光線不夠亮。前台服務員態度很好。但是隔音不行，一邊樓梯，一邊電梯。如果在裡邊的房間會好些吧。不過這個時候的房價還是蠻好的。地段嘛，走個幾百米到東關街。

這家酒店是體驗感真的非常差，給大家拍個雷吧，1；大家千萬別相信這個店就在東關街上，首先這個店的位置在一條非常小的路上，離東關街走路需要10分鐘左右，很不好找，最要命的是這個店的招牌燈居然是壞的.打車過去很不好找。
2；在這個温度衹有10度左右的地方空調居然是壞的，中途給酒店打電話要求來修，來了個師傅敷衍的看了一下就説可以了，結果等了3個小時空調都不出熱風。你敢信讓我足足等了3個小時也沒有熱風。也真的不知道酒店有沒有相過客户入住是什麼體驗。也不知道這個酒店是怎麼管理的。當我説我要給差評時居然打電話給我説給我優惠70塊錢的房費讓我不要差評，被我拒絕，我覺得我必須要曝光出來，避免其他小夥伴踩坑。
3. 該酒店的私密性跟安全性有非常大隱患，因為酒店衹有2層樓，一樓跟馬路齊平，還不是封閉式的環境，酒店裡麪的建築物有商家做生意，東西非常容易掉。私隱就別談了，你們懂的。
4.酒店設施成就，破爛不堪，嚴重不值這個價格。

經常出去旅遊，這次也是選擇臨時出行，按照習慣選擇攜程評分高的酒店，看了地理位置和評價都非常不錯，而且屬於華住會。入住後體驗感非常好，一是地理位置方便，附近美食非常多出行方便，滿足全部需求，而且因為庭院在後麪，不會因為門口的美食幹擾休息，非常安靜。二是服務好，非常貼心，入住伴手禮、水果盤、離店伴手禮；免費的咖啡、古裝；親切的問候；一次性馬桶墊、一次性泡澡袋。三是感謝，因為匆忙，手鍊遺漏在房間，及時打電話告知並且寄回，所以非常感謝。下次去揚州，還住在這裏！

一千一的房價，最起碼的衞生做不好，床上有頭髮，各種灰塵，攜程預訂到前台後給你優惠一百多想從線下給你入住（千萬別貪小便宜）溢價嚴重，衹能説不值那個錢，服務超級差，各種理由逃責

房間空間夠大有浴缸，地理位置也不錯，可步行去東關街和綵衣街，就是房間隔音一般，深夜有人入住開門説話拉行李，樓上有人移動桌椅差點要崩潰，當晚就想離開，不過第二天還好。服務態度不錯，有歡迎水果和離開送了伴手禮，服務還行，總體來説值得推薦

酒店太讚了
酒店周邊交通：酒店不遠就有公交車站。打車也方便。附近的文昌閣公交站還有揚鎮旅遊專線，車費十五元，車程不到二個小時就可到達鎮江。
出行景點：離東關街、個園、綵衣街、皮市街、何園都很近，去瘦西湖也方便，最後一天發現二分明月樓也在附近，步行不到十分鐘。
附近餐飲：冶春、獅子樓、小淮食大淮味、共和春、毛牌樓步行就可到達，富春茶社、大麒麟閣糕點店就在斜對面。酒店周邊還有燒烤、涮肉，還有添桐裏、團禧教場店等等
出行一般都會選擇桔子酒店，酒店設施完善，乾淨、衞生、安全。酒店服務工作人員專業、熱情，辦理入住的同時會有温馨提示、出行建議攻略，初次遊揚州的客人會很方便。入住時有水果盤，退房時還收到了酒店送的手伴。謝謝酒店工作人員提供的服務，祝越來越好，下次來揚州還會住桔子酒店。

選擇這間酒店是有一些情結的，因為多年前桔子水晶風頭正勁之時同事出差來揚州住過，回去後和我們談起頗為讚賞。這次陪長者出遊來到這裏，第一晚住的房間在一樓，感覺比較潮濕，床墊也不太舒服。第二天跟前台反映後，立刻給我們調了二樓房間，乾燥向陽，舒服很多。酒店可能因為時間久了，設施已不像當年那麼令人驚艷，但是品質都還不錯。關鍵是與酒店每一位員工的交談都非常愉快，確實給我們賓至如歸之感。臨走時還送給我們網紅揚大酸奶。酒店地理位置不錯，在國慶路上，到各處景點都不遠，叫車也方便。對面就是百年老店綠楊春茶社，裏面還有啟功和林散之的書法作品。多走幾步還有大麒麟閣，是買揚州手信的好去處。聽酒店員工説今年將全面裝修升級，期待更好的桔子水晶！
