It takes only a few minutes to walk to Wenchang Pavilion and less than ten minutes to Siwangting Yiyuan Hotel, which is truly a central location. It just opened in February 21st, and the facilities have been upgraded compared to before. The TV is super large (unfortunately I didn't watch it) and the stereo is useless.
