超讚👍🏻，特別要感謝前台的美女👍🏻，信心的講解和周到的服務👍🏻。
這裏的每一位工作人員都是在真誠的對待住客，我像回到家一樣，不光真誠還主動熱情。房間非常乾淨，用品用具齊全品質好，除了有咖啡咖啡機外，還有飲料贈送，還送了水果盤。
家人愛人親子度假好去處！這家在海里的酒店日落日出都可以完美欣賞。海釣也超讚，釣上來直接讓廚房做好，吃了，太鮮美啦！！！
準備入秋前再去一次😁

非常治癒的一個酒店，向住郵輪上一樣，看了海上絕美日出和日落，工作人員都訓練有素，十分友善，前台的安妮、客房管家珊瑚給我留下了深刻的印象，下次還來！

房間乾淨舒適，尤其晚上在陽台上吹晚風，很舒服。樓下有適合體驗的科技娛樂項目，對面一期能釣魚，魚可以到酒店二樓加工，可以談一談價格。尤其是前台的小姐姐們，客服部的珊瑚大哥，服務都很熱情，體驗很好，還會再來。

定了家庭房，能看落日，有私人陽台，房間是依雲礦泉水，早餐很豐盛，媽媽和兒子都特別喜歡，必須再來；前台小韓，還有另一位小姑娘，很棒！餐廳服務的兩個小美女也很好，大廚雖在後廚，但是，我們下午過去已經快四點了，還繼續給我們做午餐，真心滿意！

這個酒店是在海中間，也是看到圖真的蠻好看，也是想給小朋友體驗一下，然後中間出現很多問題，由於當時在攜程上團的套餐，想着後面如果漲價都不影響，想不到過去之後前台看到我們屬於旅行社訂單，這個讓我非常不爽，畢竟攜程老用户從來沒碰到過這個情況，溝通之後攜程服務還是在線出錢給我補了差價，主要是啥酒店對於攜程訂單和旅行社訂單用户對待什麼差很多，開始分的是我覺得最差的房間，到時溝通因為沒人是否可以升級，直接被拒絕了，然後房間有蟲換了一間，比第一間稍微好點，但是不能免費使用迷你吧，意思衹有攜程訂單才有！哎！前台最終還是溝通送我了，服務員態度沒問題，然後就是空調這個酒店是中央空調，我們開了是沒用，熱的，小朋友大人都無法正常睡覺，最後小朋友還是抱到沙發開了窗才睡着，這個是不是應該好好弄一下，這次煙台，這個酒店價格是最高的，服務體驗是最差的！來的話建議定有陽台的房間，否則真的很無聊，沒東西玩！陽台的感覺也就是像在郵輪上，由於當天人太少，自助早餐也變成套餐！一言難盡！要打造親子酒店就該有這個服務和態度！這個是我住過感覺比較糟糕的！煙台其他二家五星酒店服務都可以特別百納瑞丁第一浴場，這個二家服務就是一個天一下地🌚🌚🌚
