The hotel is very close to the beach and you can walk there. My friend has a mysophobia and has high requirements for hygiene! The towels, bath towels, bed sheets and quilt covers are quite hygienic and relatively soft. The front desk and security are as enthusiastic as ever. There is also a small garden with a nice view.
