I regret why I stayed in the development zone for two nights instead of choosing to live here all. Surrounding: Downstairs is Powerlong Plaza, inside there is a supermarket where you can buy specialty products. Going out is the night market, but it is not noisy at all at night. There are many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. It is very close to Penglai Pavilion and Baxian Guohai Scenic Area. To go to various attractions, you can buy tickets with the landlord and help us buy tickets for Ocean Polar World. A comment is 140, the landlord is 120 and there is a guide to pick you up, and there is a minibus to return before 12 o'clock. 非常滿意！空間大，有陽台可以喝茶，還可以晾曬衣物，熱水浴水量很足，温度夠熱。離蓬萊閣景區和沙灘都很近，離蓬萊汽車站也很近，附近三餐都方便購買。

房間乾淨整潔，電視，冰箱，洗衣機，廚房，設施齊全，離蓬萊海水浴場步行10分鐘，附近利羣商場超市買東西方便，蓬萊購物廣場。喂海鷗可以選擇這邊民宿。

房間很大，衞生整潔，周邊吃飯方便，景點很近。附近有車位，注意⚠️如果想免費停車，必須早點回來，周邊全是旅館公寓，車位緊張。有收費停車場，就在對面2元一小時。總之，體驗感不錯，性價比較高。圖是我們入住後的，較雜亂。房間和介紹的圖片一樣的。

房間很乾凈，房東人也很好，跟朋友一起來的，蓬萊真的很不錯，風景美，小龍蝦嘎嘎好吃，房間真的不錯，樓下還有夜市，下次來的話還訂他家。
