Good location, very central. Good staff, friendly and helpful,speaking English and russian too. Hotel is clean and has many restaurants in the surrounding. Possibility to do luggage storage too. Breakfast could be wider but the restaurant itself of the hotel is very good but not pricey at all.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel, with luxurious feeling, very friendly and helpful staff. Central lovation close to Northern avenue and the Republic Square so all city attractions are just minutes to walk. Clean bathroom, nice beds and spacious room. A very good choice for both business or leisure travelers.

Il mini Hotel è ottimo: ubicato in zona strategica, la stanza piccolina, ma dotata di ogni comfort e soprattutto pulitissima. Purtroppo, varcata la soglia della sala colazioni, il giudizio peggiora drasticamente: la colazione è in effetti davvero povera e la scelta assai limitata: succhi di frutta assenti, croissant nemmeno in foto, cereali sconosciuti; solo qualche verdura, pane raffermo e un paio di fette d'affettato. Avrei soprasseduto se almeno il personale (tutto maschile) avesse avuto la gentilezza di salutare al mattino, togliersi le mani dalle tasche ed offrire un sorriso all'ospite. Per un caffè è necessario alzarsi dal tavolo, recarsi al banco e aspettare che i camerieri sospendano l'utilizzo dei loro cellulari! Nessuno sembra accorgersi della tua presenza! Per fortuna che alla reception lavora la gentilissima e sempre sorridente Sig.ra Gaia, una persona che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole, prodiga di consigli e, mi ripeto, di sorrisi! Il mio solo auspicio è che il sorriso della Sig.ra Gaia possa oltrepassare la soglia della sala colazioni ed infondere un po' di gioia anche sui visi tristi di camerieri troppo impegnati con i loro cellulari.

Очень удачное расположение отеля в самом центре города, до всех мест рукой подать. Рядом полно кафе и магазинов. Отель новый, чистый и стильный, номер очень миниатюрный, порой двум людям трудно разминуться) но есть все необходимое. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. На завтрак выбор небольшой, но все, что предлагают вкусно!

Все было замечательно ! Отель расположен в самом центре, номера очень чистые и уютные . На завтраках было очень вкусно . Особое спасибо персоналу на рецепции, девушкам по уборке и менеджеру, очень доброжелательные, готовы по все вопросам помочь и вежливые. Спасибо ещё раз за ваше гостеприимство !
