Beautiful property but not really well managed. Small rooms with no wardrobe. Breakfast was a joke. No room service

Hotel which was not meant to be the one. The building is not designed for hospitality means + charming. Nice interiors, bedding. Great views from some rooms and the roof terrace - you hear literally everything from the halls when being in your room. Like someone will break your privacy next minute - lack of small but important hotel amenities - room service menu, contact list, hotel info, coffee maker. To contact the reception I had to call the landline finding the contacts on the web and asking them how to dial reception from in-room - poor quality towels - very thin and tired - not possible to charge the restaurant/room service bills on the room

This hotel is a gem, decorated with beautiful timbers and natural stone, and antique furniture. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the restaurant was disappointing. The view is great but the food not so. We had a quinoa and avocado salad for lunch with apricot jam. A good idea but way too much jam, it was all I tasted. The next morning we asked for scrambled eggs and were given omelets. Not a problem in itself but they were drenched in oil. This made them inedible. When we told the waiter, he said nothing and walked off. I would still recommend this hotel. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Just eat somewhere else.
