本不想給差評，但我覺得很有必要把我的經歷告訴大家，避免被套路。5月10號入住該民宿，衞生很差，心想疫情三年民宿也不容易，下次不住就是。6月8日晚11點過到宜賓，在平台上定了同區域評價較高的智米民宿，通過平台留的手機聯繫商家無人接聽，到店後打電梯口留的座機才接通，加了智米工作人員微信發送訂單後説我訂的是歸谷的房，讓我入住歸谷，可是我訂的是智米的房啊，跟智米工作人員協商補差價説沒房了（明明其它平台顯示還有房），硬要我到歸谷去住，也不説退款，就這樣折騰我到凌晨一點過，實在沒辦法衹能在旁邊雲泊民宿重新訂了一間房。我懷疑這兩家店是同一個老闆，也不知道他們的好評怎麼來的。另外建議大家訂房時在其他平台多比較一下，同一間房有時攜程要貴幾十元，感覺攜程有點殺熟。

位置不錯，傍邊就是一個公園，大地坡公園。不遠處還有一個學校。
周邊用餐選擇比較豐富，很成熟。
有地下停車場。

第二次訂了，房間舒適，乾淨整潔，p3是在窗户前拍的日落，很好看。酒店後面有個小公園，傍晚去遛彎散步很愜意。

一家值得滿星的名宿💁
環境安靜，整潔，還舒適
重點來了，被子是乾燥的！！！
在我個人的理解裏，乾燥就代表乾淨衞生～
而且空間設計的色調不會讓人覺得很有負擔
PS:老闆人超好的～

誰住誰知道，除了床單更換了，其他地方衞生完全沒打掃，櫃子全是垃圾袋，水龍頭加噴頭全是水垢，燒水壺更不堪一擊，還好自帶了水壺，
