房間空調不好使，服務員態度非常差，説我們操作不當。我就不明白了，難道開空調還是個技術活？後來讓服務員操作，照舊不好使，37度的天氣，熱的要命，汗都淌成河了，服務員僵着臉就説房間不熱，一副我們在無理取鬧的樣子。我老公被迫大半夜的另找了一家賓館。這家的房費還得照付。花冤枉錢還在其次，服務員的態度太讓人生氣了！
