The front desk staff was very considerate and chose a room outside the corridor, which made less noise and was quieter. The room is very clean overall, and the bathroom has a suitable separation space for dry and wet areas. There is plenty of mineral water in the small refrigerator, and there is black tea and white tea on the coffee table for brewing. Since the hotel building is shared by three hotels, there are many people in the upper floors, so if you are short on time, you can reserve more time to wait for the elevator.

今次住大床房間，房間寬闊舒適，境觀也好，有大型電視機，床褥寬闊非常舒適，浴室及廁所地方尚可，冷氣也算足夠，有檯面，梳化及椅子可放物品，有風筒提供。

酒店的房間設施還可以，床品舒適乾淨。但前台給我的是頂樓且對着電梯的房間，整宿都受電梯機械聲音的幹擾無法入睡，還有就是早餐人太多了，早餐餐廳是全季酒店和其他酒店共用一個二樓的餐廳，人太多了，白煮蛋，咖啡都沒有，吃飯的人就像餓狼一樣，上點吃的就搶光了，餐廳也沒有地方坐，這是我住全季酒店最糟糕的一次，提醒來這家全季住宿的朋友千萬要避開電梯附近的房間，電梯幹擾得無法休息！

非常棒的體驗。從武漢回家臨時來宜昌中轉，酒店在宜昌東站出來步行幾分鐘的位置，很方便。
酒店應該新裝修的，設施都很新。每次來全季都要找前台要鳳梨酥和黑金酥，蠻好吃的。
自己出來玩一般都會選全季，標準化做的好，不踩雷

房間設計智能化，加熱馬桶墊，智能沖廁，電視，開關燈，窗簾小愛同學都能搞定。
小朋友也配有小拖鞋，小牙刷，該有的都有，都是實用的，沒有虛頭巴腦的東西，乾淨整潔，住的非常舒服。
走的時候落就個洗面奶，打電話給我郵寄，真的很貼心！所以我決定返程時再來全季住！
