The breakfast selection is limited with little changes. Breakfast is at Art Spa Hotel instead of Resort One Hotel but front desk staff fails to bring us over when we ask for directions, thus it was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was great as it was a short 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station and a 15 mins walk from Jiaoxi Bus transfer station. Cleanliness of the room was good and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than front desk staff.

:Location not near to any public transport. Room abit old , need some renovation but water park is a good facilities and the reason to book this hotel. Water pressure in bathroom is strong, good for shower and onsen on the room.

Good choice for hot spring. Recommend for a night before travelling to Hualin to avoid traffic jam in the morning.

位置非常方便，礁溪火車站行2分鐘就到。
溫泉♨️整潔舒服，室外兒童池，有滑水梯，可以請counter服務員幫你book車，包車四圍去，服務員都好有禮貌。

兩家飯店用一區域SPA池、又有接泡湯客，有點擁擠，大型滑水道滑不動需要自己使力….所以水質沒有很乾淨，我跟女兒都過敏了….
不過服務人員都非常的親切，也非常的用心、
早餐的選擇沒有很多，如果可以在豐盛一點應該會更好
距離市區很近，方便逛街，晚上附近也有按摩的地方可以去，如果可以加強水質管理那就更棒了⋯⋯
不知道是不是化學藥劑加太多了整個皮膚非常的癢痛
