The hotel is average, with a lot of strict rules about taking photos. The only person with exceptional service was Maggie. She was an amazing caretaker, looking after us and giving great service. We got poor service from the others. Big attitude problems. The room wasn’t the cleanest, with hairs still in the corners. The onsen was quite nice but the shower heads were molded. The buffet food was pretty good although the two nights we stayed had pretty much the same food. Other than maggie, service was completely trash. We won’t be coming back for this reason which makes me feel bad because we really liked Maggie.

The hotel is located at the foot of the quiet Neiyuan Mountain. There is a Ganzi store 10 meters outside the hotel door. Convenient! After walking another 50 meters, there is Xiaoqi on the left and FamilyMart on the right.

A good choice for hot spring bathing among experts, Yuanshan Hot Spring is not as well-known as Jiaoxi, but the water quality is much better than Jiaoxi, and the hotel is clean, comfortable and beautiful, making it a good place for vacation and relaxation.

To celebrate my family’s birthday, I took my family to stay in a better hotel. Our arrival time was around 14:00 in the afternoon, an hour earlier than the expected check-in time. But the hotel staff still helped us check in and informed us when we checked in. The pipeline for bathing and hot springs is being repaired and cleaned these days, so it is not possible to bathe in hot springs. We only know this now I didn’t know that when the service staff took us into the room, they found the bed in the room. I haven’t sorted it out yet. I feel embarrassed right now. Later, the service staff immediately explained it to us and apologized immediately. Then invite us to take a walk around the hotel and take a look. Let us know when the room is ready I think it's very good But it was not done until after 15:00. At that time, the hotel staff also told us Invite us to the hotel bar for some juice or coffee The number of results is unknown. The bar staff did not know the news. They only brought two glasses of water to us. My family and I were dumbfounded at that moment. My family also asked me if the service staff just said they would bring us coffee juice. Later I got up and asked the bartender, but he didn't know anything about it. Later I wanted to forget it, but the waiter said it didn’t matter. What do we want to drink? He bought us a drink and then my mom ordered a latte without ice. As a result, the waiter said that he had never used it without ice and he would try it... From the beginning to the end, I feel that the hotel service needs to be strengthened and the connection between employees and depar**ents needs to be conveyed correctly. Of course we arrived early and we might be wrong, but didn’t we notice it when we checked in at the counter? Next, there was no notification to the bar staff that we needed to compensate us for coffee or juice due to some situation or problem within the hotel. Really do not recommend your hotel

The room was clean and well ventilated. The bedding is very comfortable and there are plenty of snacks and drinks. For breakfast, I like to make my own soup noodles or rice noodles, and there are also a lot of salad options. Will definitely go back again.

The park is not big, the environment creates a good a**osphere, the bathing environment is good and comfortable, and the service staff are friendly and proactive.

The hotel service staff is kind and caring, the facilities are complete and the environment is excellent, and the soup house is well-equipped. It is a beauty soup with excellent texture. After soaking, you will feel refreshed, relieve stress, and repair the skin. Food and beverages are great, full of color and fragrance, I like it very much, and will come again.

When I checked out, the clerk in charge, Ling Kuo, notified me that the rent for the room was unpaid. When she provided the receipt and reservation information, she called her colleagues to inquire but still could not process it, and asked for a credit card as a guarantee. However, I already provided a credit card as a guarantee when I checked in. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I still couldn't check out. When I strongly asked the colleague on the phone to meet directly, Justin Chiang showed up to deal with it and said that no arrangements were needed. I have no problem with the lack of experience of frontline colleague Ling Kuo, but I am dissatisfied with the fact that my senior colleague Justin Chiang has been refusing to show up and delayed my check-out time by 10 minutes. 

A highly recommended hotel, the service staff is very professional and polite, the public area facilities are also very good, the room is clean and comfortable, there is a hot spring you can soak in, there is also a small balcony, and you can rent bicycles, will definitely visit again!

It seems that there are a lot of novices, but the service is just okay. It feels a bit different from Westin abroad.
