設施：設施還是比較新，而且配備也比較齊全，有電熱毯、備用被，睡覺的話不會冷。衹是中央空調有點不得勁兒，温度提不上去，在室內都不敢脱外套。
衞生：衞生還算不錯，乾淨整潔。
環境：整體的設計風格很舒服，不過靠淋浴部分的牆壁應該是返潮所以壁紙有點脱落，就那個地方看着有點破舊，其他的都還好，整個酒店裝修風格這些都還是不錯的。
服務：為前台小姐姐點贊，服務很好。想喝開水又不想接廁所的水所以找了前台，給我們接了壺開水，感謝！🙏早餐也比較簡單豐富，環境很好。
（另外吐槽一下，交通真的很不方便，自己開車還好，如果不是自己開車的話走哪都不方便。因為景區內淡季的話還是比較冷清，商鋪基本上都大門緊閉，要入住酒店提前可以買些小零食帶上，不然啥東西都沒有，連泡麪都沒得吃！
真誠建議：酒店可以搞個小超市賣點兒零食生活用品啥的，如果臨時需要東西卻買不到真的很不方便。

整體環境還是不錯，酒店修的得很有特色，在景區裏面，去的時候還在打造，希望打造得更完美，把指示牌弄好方便進入。國慶節這個價位能住到還是不錯的，還帶早餐。

最差的一次，選的最貴的酒店最貴的行政套房，到店飲用水沒有，白天熱水沒有，反應後酒店解決問題的能力極差，服務員態度極差，退房後一副跟我沒得水，人家跟攜程客服解決的態度，早餐也極差衹有包子幾樣炒菜，牛奶熱完後也涼的，食品樣數及少，白瞎這樣的環境了

入住之前其實很好奇這個價格到底是什麼房間，結果完全超出預想，前台小姐姐還免費給升級了房型，很贊，房間衞生乾淨，還有咖啡，很安靜，這次回來結婚辦酒席的，家裡洗澡不方便才想着出來住的，因為自己家也是住在景區的，想第二天又要早起，就想找一個近的，然後看他家的特價房比這裏麪都低，就很好奇是什麼環境就訂了，哈哈哈，這家酒店應該是去年才開的，房間設施都很新，推薦來這邊耍的住，早上空氣也很新鮮，很不錯

交通位於園區內，導航不好找，尤其是春節期間。
進門的保安夜晚值班，態度中規中矩，反正就是公事公辦的樣子，不要寄希望太多了。
前台就一個人，業務能力不好評價，反正晚上去了好幾撥人，顯得有點亂，而且不是本地人，電話諮詢路線也是説不清楚。
賓館的整體環境還是不錯的。
早餐就是有點陋了，時間衹是一個小時，品種不多，春節生意特別的好，反正吃飯就是過搶。
