Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant stay. All 4 nights that I stayed in Impression hotel there was no hot water and when asked about it the staff just shrugged and said: Mei you. I understand that anything can happen and it’s not the hotels fault that there was no hot water but a small compensation or at least an apology for inconveniences would have been nice. After all It was winter and I had to take cold shower. The breakfast was also very poor, I couldn’t really eat anything apart from the egg (my Chinese friend who came to visit couldn’t eat it either).

The appearance of luxury with garbage content. The room had several minor issues which aren't too worth mentioning, every small piece of furniture is wobbly. Although the staff seemed polite they ignored my complaint about the air conditioning not being cold. A simple filter change would likely solve the problem but the maintenance staff would rather make excuses than take action. The neighborhood is dead. Local stores are empty and devoid of customers, the backyard area of the hotel is empty every night. Luckily there's a mall and easy access to taxis in the area.

早餐很好，機場大巴直接到酒店門口，很方便，第一次入住，體驗很好，晚上沿河一側很熱鬧，以後出差首選這裏，推薦

酒店整體裝修和環境都特別不錯，入住當天還送小水果和酸奶，不錯👍要去玩的時候酒店工作人員還非常貼心的推薦旅遊景點，對面就有去機場的大巴車，早餐也不錯，品類挺多👍

環境衞生。
來的時候在開什麼奇石展，停車非常不方便，酒店也沒有專門停車位，更不會協助停車。
前台態度衹能説一般，相比還是保安大叔比較熱情一點。
特別指出空調極差，天熱的時候堅決不建議入住，悶得發慌

五一期間在這家酒店一共住了4晚，住了印象大床房和熙岸大床房兩張房型，價格差距一百多，設施都差不多，印象户型更合理房間大，安靜。熙岸有點吵，樓下好像是餐廳晚上一兩點了還在收拾東西運送垃圾什麼的。這些都忍了，最想吐槽的還是服務！太差了！第一天去辦入住，正好遇到一個預訂了五六間房辦婚禮的客人在跟他們核對房型，三個人圍着一個人説了至少二十分鐘，沒有理我們也沒有給我們辦入住，我們反覆叫了好幾次才騰出一個人來給我們辦理，基本禮貌和服務態度都沒有。中途去中衞玩兒了回來又繼續定了他們家，辦理入住又遇到同樣問題！這次是兩個男前台坐那兒，兩人正在説笑，看到我們過去頭都沒有抬，我走到前台A處説你好我辦入住，他們並沒有停止説笑也沒有理我，我當時很震驚他們的表現，然後很大聲地再次説你好我要辦入住，此刻正對着我的A依舊沒有理我，前台B才走到A那裡幫我們辦理，而A全程當我們是空氣。前台A是一個臉偏瘦頭髮平頭很短的男生。而這個A在我們第一天來辦入住的時候表現也差不多。説難聽點都不是服務態度差了，是做人的基本禮貌和素質都沒有。
