真實感受:首先沒電梯，酒店環境一般，其次房間小，進去就是床，沒一點活動空間，最後大半夜不知道哪個**一直敲門，還一直扣開門鎖，弄了半天，大半夜********。
不過店員服務態度挺好，就這樣吧，真是感受……

來銀川旅遊第一晚就選擇了此金橘酒店，到達時已經11點，前台那個女的很冷漠，全程無交流辦完入住房卡給我們，我們連方向都不知道該怎麼走，進入房間有明顯異味，因為我們訂的兩晚，洗漱時發現一直無熱水，下面水盆還漏水，想着這麼晚了就不折騰了，第二早九點聯繫酒店人員，房間座機有也問題。後面是個男前台給我們換的房間，他態度都還挺好的。一開始換那個房間還是有同樣的問題，説等我們回來可以解決，晚上回來後有熱水了，但是！！那個水流巨小，真的巨小，很久才熱，不然就很燙。導致我們都沒洗成一早就走了，總之房間設施的體驗感真的很不好。
