設施：裝修風格比較商務，房間面積相對較小，但是整體非常新，目測開業不久
衞生：房間衞生不錯，對潔癖比較友好
環境：周邊很安靜，但是距離商圈有點遠
服務：Curtis服務很好，但是外賣不能上樓這個建議改進，像長沙的豪華精選都有外賣機器人
整體來説體驗不錯，益陽首選！

在附近的學校辦事，就選擇這家酒店。據説是益陽第一家國際品牌，交通方便，去哪都便利，離火車站很近。晚上可以散步吹吹風，喜歡這裏的環境和服務，前台Curtis Zeng和Rachel Gong服務熱情，彼此體驗很舒心！不過夜景一般，可能因為整體樓層不高的原因。

提前讓前台打開了空調，房間裏很暖和，刷卡才能上樓，安全性不錯，早餐到10點，對於早起不了的人來説很友好，房間裏冰箱、保險櫃都有，服務也很好，前台經理Alice服務熱情，還給升級了高級房型，樓層更高。

酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台服務非常貼心，Rachel 和Anna兩個小姑娘美麗又專業。萬豪集團在益陽唯一一家酒店，房間住着很安心，在公園旁邊，環境很好，下次還會入住！唯一可以改進的是希望可以像別的酒店一樣退房後會送一些小小的伴手禮留作紀念。
