第一次給差評，老闆不老實，做生意不誠信，提前預訂的房子去到現場説沒房，其實就是現場把房間高價出了，沒房住，一樣的價格，被逼着帶我們一家人去後麪住這種地方，附近都是住宿的，沒必要選這家

酒店的環境還可以房間很乾凈，床墊睡覺很軟。每個房間都有温泉池可以泡還會提供一次性浴缸套。水温夠熱離景區也比較近，下次還會入住

差評差評差評！！一分都不想給！去到和我説沒房，是平台自動接單，我提前了差不多一個星期訂房，居然説一直聯繫不上我，聯繫不上不可以讓平台聯繫我？還推卸責任給平台，剛到現場還看到有人訂了一間！商家毫無誠信可言，而且不止我一個人遭罪了，這附近温泉酒店多的是，何必選這家！
還好平台維護了我的權益，接上人工服務後半小時就給我處理了，信賴大平台！

環境衞生硬件差！酒店門口有條露天排污渠。冬天都㚖。最慘就是沒有隔音，是沒有隔音。一點都沒有十，排水管隆隆聲。外面腳步聲，交談聲。。。。。總之下次送給我都不要！
