Some of the staff members were not up to date with basic things and caused us an extra hour to even get into the parking area. The hotel itself is pleasant, including the pools.

酒店環境不錯，孩子喜歡温泉和游泳池！臨時決定的行程，孩子半大不小衹能定雙床房！房間很小在1樓，蚊蟲較多！衞生間樓上漏水一直有滴水聲音，天花板有水印！衞生間地漏很臭！已在温泉洗漱完了，也沒有去用衞生間！大家有房的情況下儘量定泡池房和大床房！

環境：很好
服務：一般，14:00前不能辦理入住
設施：公共設施很好！房間設施一般！泡完温泉後衣物晾曬不方便，衞生間設計不好！
雙人户外温泉:温泉工作人員很貼心，專門給放的水，乾淨衞生！帶娃很安心！

環境不錯 公共區域蚊蟲太多了 一定要選房間帶泡池的房間 小朋友非常喜歡 水温也合適 冬天避寒的好選擇 早餐的炸油米線很好吃

酒店乾淨舒適，裏面的的工作人員也很温暖，可愛的菠蘿樹還長了菠蘿寶寶，泡池每次都是去了現放，很乾凈衞生，早餐超級好吃，很推薦。

元江的度假酒店屬於房地產開發的配套項目。從市區過元江大橋即可到達。酒店環境優美，户外温泉泡池較多，可以隨人數變化進行泡池放水，即使春節入住也不算擁擠。下午四點造浪池開放，小朋友的最愛。酒店早餐不錯，中飯，晚飯都可以在酒店吃，價格也還能接受，一般一份炒飯28元。酒店離打炭村很近，可以順道去景緻很不錯的小村莊遊玩，實現水果自由。
