This was an astounding surprise! We arrived in the pizzeria in the Sacred Valley in Peru. First thing we saw was chef Cristian preparing the ragu from scratch: fresh tomatoes, onions garlic, basil and oregano, while the wood-fired oven blazed cheerfully behind. Then Nelva and Yudisa served us impeccably. The pizza base was utter perfection. Crisp, tasty and yet as light as air. The suggestions for local wines were superb, and we ended up, in the middle of Peru(!) having an unforgettable Italian dining experience of which the best in Europe would have been proud. Totally unexpected delight. Thank you!

My 3rd time in this great great resort , it has everything for the family and adults , from cultural … church is beautiful, amazing spa in front of the sacred river ! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. While it wasn’t anything fancy, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the property had a tremendous amount of charm. Breakfast could have been a little more extensive, but the food was fine, and the dinner we had at the restaurant was quite good. This hotel was a little out of the way, but after seeing the ‘city centre’ we far preferred this walk out of the way than staying in the dusty centre of Urubamba.
