It was more than I expected!! I walked from the terminal for about 10 minutes and came back completely exhausted!! The hot springs were great and breakfast and dinner were both delicious!!!

Yufuin stayed at this B&B. It’s a 15-minute walk from JR station. Google navigation is convenient. It’s in a small alley. The room is not big but you can take a bath in the indoor bath. This is pretty good. The breakfast is a Japanese set meal and it’s delicious. Pingjinlin Lake is not far away. You can go there early in the morning for a stroll. There are few people and the scenery is beautiful.

It was difficult to walk for 10-13 minutes with a suitcase from Yufuin Station.
I had no regrets after seeing the accommodation! I stayed in a standard Japanese style room, and it was nice because it was spacious even with two suitcases spread out, and the bedding was thick and warm. Everyone says they hate indoor hot springs because they are stuffy, but since only hot springs have shower facilities, it would be nice to take a warm shower in the indoor hot springs and enjoy other hot springs in the winter.
If I go to Fukuoka or Yufuin again, I think I will stay at Kotonokashin again.

Advantages
1. Close to the main shopping street.
2. There is a large supermarket nearby
3. Close to a casual restaurant (Joyful) where you can dine at night.
4. Private house!! (Some are not private houses)
5. 3 private hot springs that can be used comfortably at any time
6. The room is neat and the interior space is spacious.
7. Yukata provided.
