The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and only five minutes or so from the cathedral. Continental breakfast was OK with option to pay extra for hot dishes. Friendly staff. I'd defintely stay here again.

Excellent LOCATION!!!! 5 OR 10 minute walk to museums, restaurants and other attractions, I was impressed with the charm of the Hotel, wasn't expecting that quality of a HOTEL ROOM FOR THE PRICE,,,,, next time I'm in Zacatecas I will go back to Casa Torres Hotel 10 stars

Gonzalo the front desk gentleman was very courteous and attentive help bring my luggage from across the street parking lot. Hotel very clean, great location, bed very comfortable. You will surprise when you get to your room very modern, you would never imagine from looking it from the outside. Highly recommend

Super Lage, großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten und geräumiges Bad. Dazu alles sauber und ordentlich - das haben wir schon ganz anders in Mexiko erlebt :) Negativ: Das Frühstück, welches bei unserer Buchung inklusive war, war leider äußerst lieblos und spartanisch.

Buon hotel.camere ampie e pulizia ottima.servizio al cliente buono.lo consiglio vivamente anche per la sua posizione strategica,al centro storico , ristoranti,musei teatro.tutto visitabile a piedi.unica pecca tollerabile,non é fornito di riscaldamento ma di stufetta elettrica , tv no smart e colazione compresa "basica".Per queste pecche non ho dato 5 stelle.Tornerei volentieri.Merita
