The room was OK! Just average service!
Service: The attitude of the waiter at the swimming pool is particularly bad. His arrogant and rude attitude towards Chinese people again and again is very uncomfortable! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay while visiting Zagreb! It’s a bit outside the center of the city but so worth the extra distance! The facilities, front desk staff, Antonio in the bar, and spa services/staff were excellent! Would definitely recommend!!

Only issue I had was that the hotel was a little out of the way.
I also was given a room with 2 singles. Even though the hotel looked like it was not too booked they wouldn’t give me a room with a double bed.

The staff or the receptionist is very helpful. The hotel itself is clean, huge room. The dining room is huge, breakfast is the best.
