It was amazing. I had the best time with my friends. The staff was lovely and the food was delicious. The rooms were very clean and modern. Babis the boss is the best man ever and he gave us every day after our meal fresh fruits from his garden. We enjoyed cocktails by Spiros near the pool. We will be back next summer. Thank you so much to everyone!!!

I stayed with partner at the princess hotel in tsilivi zakynthos. On our third day in the afternoon at the hotel room.i had just come out of the shower and my partner was in the shower. I was standing looking at clothes in my underwear when the door unlocked and three teenagers started to enter our room. I shouted at them to get out and they did giggling..when I looked at them they tried numerous doors as they left and ran down the stairs. When I went downstairs to ask the woman in the desk she said "oh its ok it was the owners daughter and her male friends..they were looking for a specific room " I said I couldn't care less.they entered our locked room with a MASTER KEY CARD! She said oh I'm sorry and thought that was the end of it.. My partner did not feel safe in the princess hotel so I took her out of there and we stayed in another hotel for 3 days where she felt alot safer AND at my expense. We went back the last day to collect our belongings and I had a word with the owner about it. They are a 3 star hotel like easyjet state .but they charged me €49 room tax for a 4 star!!!. Dirty knifes at breakfast time..I only ate there once..the young girl serving us was very rude aswell and never apologised once. @@ People who give this hotel a 5 star rating must have their heads burried in tsilivis beach sand or something @@ Avoid this hotel !!

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday in Tsilivi, only marred by the experience in this hotel! I have NEVER stayed in such an awful place. On arrival we were shown to our room, our first impression was it looked nice, bright and with modern decor. Alas! Once we started to unpack I realised there was no room for our clothes just a wardrobe and a shelf with a kettle and 2 cups, not even a spoon! No tea coffee or sugar.We were forced to put our clothes on the suitcase stand. Luckily we always bring our own tea bags but thought it very strange that we hadn't got these in the room especially as on arrival we had to pay an extra €42 as it had just been upgraded to a 4 star hotel??? Then the bathroom,it was OK but noticed that the shower tray all along the bottom edge was very scaly looking as though it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. The toilet had the same staining also. Not to be put off we commenced on enjoying our holiday. Day 2, arrived back at the hotel after a lovely day on the beach. Dirty tea stained cups not replaced by the cleaners just a clean sheet & bins emptied. Day 3, No clean cups bathroom not touched, and in 14 days they still never wiped the bathroom mirrors! I went to reception to ask for clean cups and asked to speak to the manager. Receptionist said she's not here today but I'll take your contact details and she'll ring you. No phone call. Went again the following day and asked why she hadn't contacted me. I was told she's not here until 8pm. We went out for dinner at 7-30 so said I'd speak to her the following day. Actually caught up with her the following day. I asked her why the cups weren't replaced daily she replied 'oh it's not just you, we don't replace anyone's cups throughout their stay!!! I couldn't believe what she said!!! Also told her about the lack of cleaning in the bathroom but apart from getting clean cups for the following 2 days nothing else changed. After my complaint I felt I was being watched and felt intimidated so kept out of the hotel as much as possible. Needless to say I will never return!

Ive just come from a weeks stay at the Princess Hotel for my mum and dads 50th wedding anniversary and I haven’t got a bad word to say. Babbis, Spiyros and the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was very good, the hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are also very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend a frape every morning from the hotel bar. The hotel has music in in the bar all day and finishes at 1am. The music isn’t loud and you defo can’t hear it if you go to bed early. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing and welcoming holiday. Daz

Not impressed at all. Advertised as a 4 star Hotel but definitely falls short of this. For a self catering holiday there were no facilities to cook or even eat in the room. No cutlery, plates, glasses or even a hot plate. No drawer space available and only a small shelf space to put things on. No storage / shelf in the bathroom. Cleaner only emptied the bins every day and dropped of clean towels / sheets every other day. Only swept / mopped twice in a 2 week stay!! Race for the sunbeds every day despite the signs saying no towels until 9.00. Every day they were out between 8.45 and 9.00. Then not using them for hours. The breakfast was included but beans were very watered down and everything was cold. Best thing about it was Aris and Spiro's cocktails in the evening.

Loved The Princess Hotel, we stayed in the studios which are basic but spotless and a lovely view of the pool, ideal location, just off the Main Street with bars, restaurants and shops but unbelievably quiet when sat at the pool or bar it is so peaceful. Our one big disappoin**ent was the hire of the VIP transport they offer which was a big letdown, we were going to a Wedding at the Balcony Hotel and told to book a taxi early, we asked at reception and they offered the VIP transport so we booked it 4 days in advance for 2.45pm at 2.10pm reception confirmed with us that we still wanted it which we did, we went down at 2.40pm to be told there wasn’t a driver so they couldn’t take us 🤦‍♀️, no explanation, the receptionist did manage to book us a taxi which arrived at 3.05pm making us late as we should have been at the Balcony at 3pm, not a good start to a lovely wedding, so I would say anyone thinking of booking this transport ‘don’t ‘ it is very unreliable.

This was my 4th visit to tisilvi and we’ve stayed in several places but the princess hotel was by far the best. Rooms very modern bed comfortable. Lovely and clean, staff very friendly Nikos and Joanna that worked the bar where lovely. Breakfast there was a good selection to chose from. Would definitely stay again 100%

Just returned from the most amazing week in this hotel. By far the best accommodation we have ever stayed at in Greece. Spotlessly clean and great choice of food for breakfast and snacks around the pool Great location not far to a great selection of bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach Overall a brilliant place made even better by the amazing staff Babis and Dimi the owners and their son Spiros best barman ever!! Nikos the waiter during the day and an extra special mention to our superstar Panos waiter at night. Thank you for a wonderful experience we will be back

Just returned from a lovely chilled out, four night stay with a friend. Lovely welcome upon arrival. We were promptly shown to our studio which we were more than happy with. It was basic but clean. Lovely pool view from our balcony. Pool area is very and clean and plenty of sunbeds to choose from (it's only May tho so not sure how busy it gets in peak season). Our room was cleaned every day, and during our short 4 night stay we got new towels and bedsheets. Great, friendly staff, owner a lovely man who always has a chat if you're passing by or having a drink at the bar. Beach is a 10 minute walk away and a supermarket very close by. Plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. All in all a great little holiday and I highly recommend this place!!!
