The overall is good, not far from the beach, you can also swim in the hotel's outdoor swimming pool, the breakfast is very rich, but the mobile phone has no signal at the hotel location, you need to connect to the hotel's wifi.

Overall facilities are good. However, the tourism consulting services provided by the hotel are lacking: I stayed for 4 days and the weather was bad, rainy and windy, and the boats out of the hotel were suspended. The hotel only provided their own services. When asked if there were restaurants or other nearby, they didn't know/or didn't tell. I can only stay in Shadian for 4 days. Actually, it’s not the case. On the last day, there were many restaurants and travel-related sea tours, including horse ride, car tour, jet tour, etc., just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It was very lively.

We choose to stay here the week of our wedding. The hotel was beautiful, modern, clean, and the food was really tasty. I will echo others on pricey drinks but they were pretty good! However, what made this experience for us was the staff. From the minute we arrived nothing was too much. We wouldn't usually take our children to a spa hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect from the staff, but everyone was chatty and playful and the kids had a wonderful time. On the day of our wedding we were given a grand suite for the bridal party to get prepared in. When we returned that evening our room had been decorated beautifully. I was genuinely blown away by the service, it was just perfect. Thank you so much to all the staff. You really made our week.

Thank you to your amazing team i.e Kristof , and a big shout out to Dennis who made us feel like we were a family member returning home.The food was exceptional and always a different change of food every night . The sun loungers were the comfiest and best ever around the pool .The hotel room with whirlpool bath was lovely , and so comfy beds and pillows.

Located a 10 min stroll from the busy Planos centre our hotel was in a quiet, peaceful part of Tivoli which was great for us. Only 100 metres to the beach. Staying half board in a suite which was spotless and cleaned, serviced at least twice a day, we had a turn down service and fresh fruit and bottled water every day. The food was excellent and despite being a fussy eater there was a large choice at every sitting. Served buffet style the staff were excellent and clearly enjoyed working here and with each other. The pool area was good with a bar and smaller snack bar with pools for toddlers. The hotel lobby area has comfortable seating and nice a**osphere to enjoy a drink and relax. The bar stays open late but despite being above it, noise was never an issue. The air con is really good and kept our room perfect for sleeping. Bathroom was really spacious and kept well stocked with products and towels. Right next door is a car rental business which we used and only 50€ per day including full insurance. We would have liked a guide to hotel facilities but found on our last night a TV channel that probably has all the details. All staff were very polite and approachable and were a credit to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

From the moment you arrive we were greeted with a welcome drink Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool but in the shade on a afternoon Breakfast omelette by the young guy were the best ever and he was so friendly Evening meals were nice sometimes could have been hotter The beds are so comfortable Drinks very expensive Staff so friendly and helpful A lovely restaurant near by oasis and fab car hire next door Used the little train to go into Zante and then another train to do the history for a extra 4 euros All in all had a fantastic holiday the Greek people are so lovely and this hotel is lovely Ask for a courtesy room on your last day too

A small recap of our holiday. -The personnel is exceptional. - Rooms are spacious and comfortable. - Spa is beautiful and the trea**ents are heavily. The only minor improval could be the pool temperature, which to me was very cold, but others didn't seem to be bothered. -Beach is a 1 minute walk, location is at the end of the beach. City Center is at a 5 minute walk on the beach (a walk along the mainroad was about 10 mind). The personeel goed above and beyond. I unfortunately fell very ill during the holiday and they treated me like family.

Great hotel with very good facilities the staff are wonderful and could not be more helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner although there is not a lot of choice for vegetarians or vegans and the hot food is not always hot. Maybe a microwave in the restaurant would help for guests who like hot food.
