Despite the construction work, we had a relaxing holiday. It was very quiet by the pool and you could really relax.

The pictures of the hotel reflect this 1:1. We felt very comfortable. The food was fantastic. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, we were very impressed. We also really enjoyed the view of the mountains. We also used the small fitness area. We would have liked to have had the option to fill up our bottles with water. Otherwise, the fitness area was sufficient, you have everything you need. We thought it was a shame that there was no explanation of the organization of breakfast and dinner. We were therefore not aware that we had to choose the evening meal in the morning and that it therefore made sense to sit in the same place. Overall, we had the feeling that at least in the evening there was too little staff planned or available. We would also have liked the glasses in the wellness area to be replaced regularly, as they ran out and there was then no way to get a drink. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay and would come again.

Beautiful, modern hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the wellness area is very small, additional sauna towels would be welcome. Outdoor parking is also subject to a charge (€8 per night) Food selection limited to just 4 dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan) but overall very tasty. Breakfast very good and extensive. Price-performance ratio not so good.

The service definitely needs to be revised.

Skønt hotel med lækkert værelse. Smuk udsigt, fin morgenmad og en god pool. Fint område med mulighed for mange aktiviteter.

Das Hotel ist super schön ruhig gelegen und hat eine moderne aber doch wohnliche Einrichtung. Der Parkplatz wird zugewiesen und befindet sich entweder in der Tiefgarage oder auf einem Schotterparkplatz hinter dem Hotel am Hügel. Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels etwas klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nach dem Wandern völlig ausreichend. Es gibt eine Auswahl aus unterschiedlichen Saunen und einen Innenpool. Der Außenpool war zu unserer Besuchszeit in Bau. Wir hatten einen super Ausblick auf die Berge von unserem Zimmer aus. Das Zimmer war stets sauber und die Betten sehr angenehm. Wir hatten am Anreisetag einen Tisch für Abendessen und Frühstück zugewiesen bekommen. Das Personal ansich ist sehr freundlich, aber ab und an kommen bei den Kellnern Sprachbarrieren und die Unzuverlässigkeit zum Tragen. (Abendessen) Das Abendessen war geschmacklich immer super lecker und schön angerichtet. Wir waren nur zwei Abende vor Ort, weshalb ich die Abwechslung nicht wirklich beurteilen kann.
