We are very satisfied with the stay here. The rooms a clean and cozy, the staff is nice and responsive.
Breakfast is simple but fine, will not stay hungry if you like Chinese food.
Highly recommend this hotel for stay.

the room is cleaned daily, offers free bottled water and pick up from train station. the butler is nice and friendly.
the location is convenient and you can just grab a taxi to anywhere for less than 10yuan.
great stay in this hotel and would return to stay.

Jiezhi · Xiangxi Love Hotel provided a variety of local dishes for Breakfast.
The hotel 管家 provided personal and professional service to their customers even you didn't request it, free of charge, understand what were your needs and visits to the various tourists attractions. They advised you on various option you can choose. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to 小仙 for her exceptional service. Her team and the front desk staff were very responsive to serve hotel guests.
The staff may also provide free transportation to nearby destinations in the morning subjected to availability of resources.
Will certainly recommend to other tourists to consider staying in this simple yet luxurious hotel by its ownclass.
Value for money for room and services.

I like to stay at the Jiezhi - Xiangxi love Hotel every time I go to Zhangjiajie. The hotel is clean and the rooms have a great view. There’s a gym, a laundromat, a massage chair and other amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the location of the hotel is by the river and is in the middle of the city. You’re literally 10 minutes away from everywhere: the train station, restaurants and malls, etc..
I would definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone coming to Zhangjiajie
Last but not least, I want to give a special thanks to暖暖 (Nuǎn Nuǎn) and her friends. 暖暖 showed me around the city and invited me to dinner with her friends. She also drove me to the national park on her day off. Thank you so much 暖暖!

Highly recommended. Hotel location is great, 10 minutes from/to the airport and Tianmen cableway station. This is our second time in this hotel. The room is clean as our first visit. The bed is very comfy. The owners are very nice and helpful, they kept advising us everything about the travel plans, always find the best way to fit our plans and schedule. We were invited to join tea time with a local tea and we had a great tea time there. Moreover, the owners provided a taxi to cableway station and dropped us off at the airport. I’m sure this hotel is one of the warmest and nicest hotel in Zhangjiajie.

Reception staff was very unprofessional, dismissing us and talking about us right in our faces in Chinese thinking we couldn't understand at all. The first room we were checked into did not correspond to what was stated on our booking information, the staff explained that they received different information from the booking site, but finally offered us a different room. This second room was slightly bigger but still pretty dirty and in bad condition overall, as per the photos attached. Upon inquiring about the conditions of the rooms the response was that "the hotel has been open a long time". Seems the owners of the place have never head about the concept of maintenance.
