The person in charge was not welcoming at all and did absolutely no effort to communicate with me (I don't speak Chinese). The bedroom was not very clean, it was okeyish but the floor is in bad shape, with little holes full of dirt. The shower was damaged, the water was going out and spreading in the bathroom. The shower was not in a good state. No drinking water in the room!

房間特別的乾淨7衞生，環境優美，前台小哥哥特別的服務好，問寒問暖的，主動給我們拿行李並帶到房間，離景區特別的近，天門山步行幾分鐘的問題，停車場特別的大，特別睡的很香，從沒有這種床墊的睡意。真的值得入住的一家人品好的酒店。

酒店是速8環境一般價格偏高，個別房間衞生間乾濕分離效果不佳，水會往外溢，兩個地漏都做反水流不下去會養水，房間地板開裂，網絡用不了，冬天熱水不夠熱。
