Because I arrived late, I was directly upgraded to a room type for free. The house is big and the children are very satisfied. The breakfast is quite rich. The environment is much better than where I lived before. It is about 3 kilometers away from the lower station of Tianmen Mountain Cableway, making it convenient to travel.

For those of us on business trips, the location is more convenient. The room is relatively spacious and the air conditioning and heating effect is satisfactory. The receptionist at the front desk was smiling and the service was good. The security guard took the initiative to help us unload our luggage. The next day, we had breakfast at Kai Breakfast Restaurant. There were many varieties and the taste was good. The service of the elder sister was also good and she took the initiative to introduce it. It was a great stay. I will choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and the room is very clean, especially the mattress is very comfortable. Parking is very convenient. There are many parking spaces. It is also very convenient to eat and buy things around. I slept well at night and it was very quiet. The children liked it very much. It is close to Tianmen Mountain It’s also very close. I will stay at the Days Hotel next time I come to Zhangjiajie. It’s worth recommending.

Location was just perfect, directly opposite the TianMen Mountain Cable car. Room was so comfortable. The breakfast was great (especially eating so many days of Chinese food), there was many variety to choose from. The staffs at the restaurant there were friendly. Kudos to Chef Hu. There was another two aunty staffs (which I have forgotten their name, but should be from housekeeping) that were of great help, the laundry dryer was so packed till everyone was queueing to use them. They took out extra dryers from the storeroom for our use. Really appreciate their help . 👍👍👍

Friendly front desk staff, and classy hotel. Inside the hotel they have a spa, which is really convenient after a long day hiking in the mountains. Great massages, excellent service and good hygiene all the way. All staff were great, and were really patient when my Chinese couldn’t keep up. Only 2 small issues. The lady at the tourist center of the hotel wasn’t very polite or patient, and a few times I saw a gentleman smoking in the hotel lobby, and nobody enforced a rule of no smoking.
