房間舒適，衞生間大，有空調，有免費礦泉水，細節到位，吹風機，晾衣架，周邊配套設施齊全，靠近張掖老街仿古街，下樓就是歐式街，特色小吃多，交通方便，

非常滿意小辣椒張掖丹馬店酒店，裝修風格也特別喜歡，房間特別乾淨，工作人員的態度非常的好，很熱情，房間也很寬敞。此次青甘大環線住的酒店是最滿意的一次，價格也很合理，有機會下次還會選擇！

第一：床單不乾淨，上面有頭髮，要求換一下床單，服務員直接把枕頭扔地上。第二：前一天晚上溝通好第二天早上退房可以開發票，第二天退房的時候告知開不了發票，需要八點上班才可以開，加微信開好發過來，等到下午四點也沒發過來,期間給前台發過幾次微信，一次消息都沒回。打了個電話前台態度極其惡劣，説我一直催催催，催了好幾次了。

以前在那塊讀書，回來懷念一下，這酒店也就一般吧，很多附近的酒店比這好，但主要不舒服的就是它的坐地起價，頭天一百多，第二天直接四百多，吃相難看，再有就是臨時出去晚了一分鐘都跟你收費半價，這副嘴臉也就這樣了，前台態度差，選這酒店還是要慎重些，畢竟周邊好的酒店也不少

酒店地理位置還是可以的，晚上的話就在夜市旁邊，但酒店的衞生是真不行，網上預訂的房間到了之後發現房間裏面還有上一個客人的貼身衣物，換了房間之後衞生也不行，牙杯有水漬，馬桶也沒有收拾乾淨，床也是一蹦一蹦的，停車場也是收費的。

1.房間圖片看起來很大，實際空間很小;
2.網絡平台訂房到店後安排在偏僻角落位置;
3前台圓臉客服態度差，協調換房間各種理由推諉，當問到“我們可以看別的房間嗎”時，便不在回覆;
4.房間沒有拖鞋，隔音效果也不是很好。
5.優點是床很舒服。
總體來説，感覺大部分人是來旅遊在此住宿，價錢與實際房間不符，很敗好感。
