客觀的點評 1、客房硬件設施用料是捨得的，但因年久損耗嚴重。 2、房間內發黴味道特別大。（衞生做的還可以，實在懶得換酒店了，但已打定主意衹住一晚，送我都不住了） 3、給我的房間正對門就是廚房，給我看房間時沒告知，一大早被嘈雜聲吵醒，可想而知。 4、早餐沒什麼可吃，還是花錢下樓喝茶吧。 5、前台的談不上接待服務，這裏更貼切的説應該是酒樓捎帶的有客房吧。

我是該酒店多年的老主顧，對該酒店的設施和服務非常滿意，住的舒適，吃的滿意，方便會朋友，所以我以後還會選擇住該酒店🏨

挺好的，酒店位置佳，停車位很充足，設施也很可以，是我喜歡的風格。挺乾淨舒適的。 缺點在於靠馬路側，略微有點吵，可以接受。送的早餐比較一般。

每次出差湛江都必住的酒店，出入方便，晚上也不會有其它打擾，很不錯!酒店裝修風格稍微有點老舊了，估計再過幾年可能要重新裝修了! 免費早餐廳在5樓，1樓有早茶。晚餐和中餐的菜品也還不錯，有吃過很多次，價格也還不錯，不貴，平民價格!陽台很大，可以曬衣服，通風也不錯!

房間設施高檔，乾淨衞生，環境好，可以在陽台晾曬衣服，配套的中餐廳高端大氣上檔次，配套的茶市環境好，就餐品種多美味可口。走廊掛滿書法作品，文化氛圍濃厚。
