衞生不敢細看，臟…床單上有明顯污跡，新換床單的褶皺不明顯，睡上去很軟，像使用過的，有點懷疑沒有換。多次聯繫前台解決電視無法使用的問題都無人接聽，送個水果都是爛掉的，不送也罷。最最重要的是地下停車場很混亂，沒有該酒店標識，反而有很多別的什麼民宿一類的酒店標識，沒太懂這個酒店的性質，裏面看起來好像還有辦公樓？總之，除了安靜（因為在郊區，不含早很麻煩）和價格感人以外一無是處。

抱着試試的心理，住的還比較舒服，空調和熱水很給力，入住的客人也比較多，點贊。旁邊就是博物館，還有國際會展中心和體育公園，大環境也不錯。

作為雲南建投直屬的酒店，其服務可以用外行來形容！本身就已經遠離市區，偏僻不已，不是自駕根本找不到。而且酒店房間和辦公區域緊密相連，拉開窗簾就能看到辦公室的的一切！這是要透明辦公嗎？送一雙拖鞋一個半小時，空調壞的，居然讓客人不要用就好了！説昭通人一般都不用空調！這意思就是客人住酒店的基本訴求還要入鄉隨俗了？！簡直神邏輯！酒店房間除了寬敞，別無長處！中途因為空調不製冷，被迫半夜換房間，服務員一臉嫌棄，説什麼我們一般都衹是公務接待！那意思是普通客人沒有資格提出基本要求？！用吹風機吹了一下打濕的衣服，服務員的聽力立馬提升，居然自己拿卡打開客人的房間，呵斥客人！到底誰是買單住宿啊？！早餐更是可以用簡陋來形容！早上九點就停了，全中式早餐，包子很早就沒有了，加上一點可憐的饅頭和雞蛋，一共不超過十個品種。鹹菜和調料一大堆，這能當飯吃嗎？説起來還是建投旗下品牌酒店，這種服務素質可以直接給負分！建議畫苑賓館，雖然歷史稍久，但真的是賓館！千萬不要到那種一人得道雞犬升天似的所謂國企酒店，感覺一個保安一個服務員都是自帶BGM的，真的讓人無語之極！

過年期間兩百入住這個酒店很棒啊！不知道為什麼這麼多差評！酒店設施不錯比一般快捷酒店好點，雖然看上去是寫字樓改的。不好的地方是樓梯間有煙味，以及為什麼我訂單有送歡迎水果和小零食結果沒有呢。。。

酒店房間乾淨整潔 面積挺大 價格不貴（訂房間時選早上含有早餐的）因為酒店附近在吃上不是很方便 但這次旅遊是我最好的一次住宿 晚上休息非常安靜 停車很方便
