You can enter the City of David through a door on the first floor. There are many famous shops and good food. The beautiful lady and handsome guy at the front desk arranged a room with a good orientation and generously delayed check-out. Thank you very much. The open design of the room and some small details are very liked. The mini dressing table, shower room and sitting table~ The fruit snacks are also good. The afternoon tea in the executive lounge is small but exquisite. The happy hour is satisfactory from the taste to the dishes, and the service is also good. In comparison, the breakfast is very average. The French pancakes are the driest and hardest I have ever eaten. The swimming pool is good, the water is clean and the water temperature is cool. It was my first time booking a hotel in Zhengzhou and it was worth it. Some of the hotel stuff know English, which was really helpful. By the reception, there was always an English speaking assistant. The pool is so big and clean, the sitting area around the pool is even more lovely even if you want to just chill and relax. The stuff all around the hotel was super nice and the rooms were clean, room service came daily. The only issue we had was when we arrived, the didn’t allow my partner to check in due to his nucleic test apparently being over 48hrs, even though on the suikang it was still showing within 48hrs, but they said they look at the time you did it at. And it was midnight at 00:30. This ruined our first night. Worse because he stays in Zhengzhou and hadn’t left ZZ in months, he could’ve done it the morning after getting a good rest. The room was already paid, and they put that money to waste for that day.

The family traveled to Henan during the Chinese New Year. The first stop was Zhengzhou, where we checked into a hotel. The location was very good and the transportation was convenient. The next trip to Kaifeng was even more unsatisfactory. There were no taxis or online ride-hailing services after getting off the train, and the traffic jam near Qingming Shanghe Garden was even worse. Apart from the large number of people, the scenic spots have nothing attractive.

仟納酒店位於市中心二七廣場附近西大街，距離地鐵站3號線西大街站B口一步之遙，旁邊是許昌駐鄭州辦事處。酒店去二七廣場步行八百米，周圍有很多吃飯方便的餐廳，還有一些夜市。酒店是單獨一棟方形的洋樓，層高四層，非常文藝特別是晚上燈光映襯下。酒店屬於精品小型酒店，服務非常熱情周到，沒有商務酒店的嘈雜喧鬧，可能是開店時間不久，設施很新也很乾凈有序。房間的水準應該有準四星級，面積有二十多平，獨立的品茶區和辦公桌，衞生間也很乾凈，花灑淋浴馬桶都很新。室內有智能控制，小度可以打電話給前台，開關燈，控窗簾，開關空調，非常智能。最值得一提的是床品，床墊對腰腿有問題的朋友非常友好，枕頭有軟硬兩種，適合不同習慣的寶子，床單和被褥的質地可以説不輸五星級酒店，乾爽而親膚。如果一定要挑一點毛病，隔音還是這類酒店最應該要改善的。不過能選擇這家酒店的客人應該都是素質比較高。生活習慣好，我不會做出太大的噪音了。以上便是我對這個酒店的點評。前台小哥很幫忙，給我解決了不少問題。再次感謝酒店的貼心服務。

An amazing hotel with great staff and location! The hotel is in the famous ErQi Square downtown area of Zhengzhou. It is literally right next to Xidajie subway exit. As soon as you exit B, you got escalators in to your left you’ll see the hotel. Can’t get better than that! The trip from Zhengzhou Airport will take your 1.5 hours from walking in and out almost but cost only 7 RMB. Most affordable way unless you need to get a taxi and are rushing. The hotel is very clean, good water, pressure in the bathroom and shower and air conditioning works great. I didn’t get to check out the small gym or the restaurant that is within the hotel but I’m sure it’ll be just enough for any traveler. And once you go outside, you will find much more options for food, supermarkets, etc. I’ll for sure be staying there again because it’s for the convenience!
