This hotel is a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. 住了好幾個酒店，這個是性價比最好的！推薦。早餐的炒飯和炒麪非常好吃！！環境有語音控制的小度。很現代化。值得推薦！！！服務也不錯。

房間乾淨衞生，舒適度高，整體感受非常棒，讓我有家的温馨和自在，酒店設施齊全大氣，格調也不錯，配套的酒店用品也很齊全，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，服務態度服務意識都非常棒等等服務態度非常好。

酒店設施設備很新，還有智能馬桶是亮點，熱水很充足，淋浴壓力大出水通暢。裝修也不錯，浴巾，床品質量都很好，很乾凈。早餐水平一般，連住幾天都話回去吃膩，好多菜品和粥的温度都偏涼，沒有保温或保温不好。軟件服務上有提升空間，可能是春節期間入住率 高，服務員人手又不足的原因吧，好多服務跟不上，打掃不及時，消耗品補充不及時等等。總的來説，價格實惠。

該怎麼説呢？鋪天蓋地宣傳的通常不是好東西。酒店確實比較新，但也確實是新手。首先店家宣傳的西班牙品牌，西班牙的電影我喜歡，但酒店好壞就不清楚了。不過裝修是真的差，瑕疵和殘次地方很多，感覺像是沒有做好收尾就着急開業了。接線裸露、家居上裝修的粉塵等等。其次就是配套服務，我們定的是家庭房，三人入住。但是，洗漱用品兩套，拖鞋兩套，水杯兩套。房間裏沒有加濕器，空調又聲音大，實在不舒服。浴室是半透明的，就在洗漱台身後，洗澡還要用浴巾搭一下……諸多問題一言難盡，如果大家能接受上面的問題，倒不妨一試

房間乾淨整潔設施很新，周圍有超市餐館非常方便，正趕上春節，這邊可以放煙花，讓我們這種多年沒放過煙花的可以近距離感受放煙花的樂趣。去了河南省博物館，雖然排了長長的隊，但不虛此行

入住體驗非常棒，看我們帶孩子，前台免費升級了家庭親子房。房間整體乾淨衞生，床品也很舒服，還有送的幾瓶飲料，吹風機是戴森的，早餐也還不錯，出了酒店有很多飯館，買東西吃飯都很方便，下次來鄭州還會再住這裏。
